I absolutely love my new home. But as new new homes there is always a few things that need to be addressed on a punch list. Once I submitted my list it was taken care of immediately! Along with follow up to make sure I was satisfied I can’t say enough about the Lennar team they are professional and show concern for any issue you have and they follow through to make things right. The sale was easy, informative and very helpful. From start to finish we have no complains. however, some issues with the electrical in 2 of the bathrooms. I called and they gave me a number for the contractor in charge, but frankly I've been busy. I'll for the number again and I'm sure they will take care of whatever it is. I'' give Lenar homes an AAA rating, the best in the market at a reasonable price.

I love this house, Summerville II, house of my dreams. I just wish the materials used were better quality. I have had to put in warranty tickets every week since living here for the last 2 mths, Wayne the warranty man is very responsive and he is great to work with. Brad P who sold us this house was great to work with also, he sent updated pics and videos of the building process since we were not local. Brad P also responded to all my questions and calls. He explained how the buying process would work. Very happy with the Lennar team and my new house. Just wish that they used better quality items. Such as cabinetry, countertops, appliances, the walls are very thin. I hear my son in his bedroom located in the front of the house white I am in my bedroom located in the back of the house. ... Had a great experience. I have to say my sale person LISSETTE make the experience great she was so kind hard-working. She was there for me 110%. I didn’t felt push. I felt that she was there for me. I will recommend LISSETTE to anyone when I felt like I wanted to give up and felt like I’m not going to get this house she pushed me. She encouraged me. She was there for me. Easy process from contract to close!

Lennar homes gives you a blank slate to finish your home the way you want to. You get a great house for a good price. They exceeded my expectation on the walk through punch list and their employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. Our final walk through was with Corey, she was very informative and helpful with all of our questions and issues. The value and quality was on par with what you pay for. I would reccomend thier product to friends and family.

Great floor plan , very happy with it

Alberto and Damian were both great. They responded and followed through with all my requests. There were quite a few, mostly all minor and some that were just silly on my part.

The HOA app iCON is a giant cluster fu—. It does not work. I have tried several times to get help. Nobody is never available to help.

My experience was great. Everyone was very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially my salesman Roy, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The construction and finishing work was great. We have no regrets buying into Savanna Lakes.
