Sales Consultant was great to work with. Took the time to help identify the perfect floor plan for us. Process from inquiry through closing was smooth and painless. We had no significant issues, but any issues or concerns have been promptly handled. have been in our new home for three months, and are completely satisfied.

The sale was easy, informative and very helpful. From start to finish we have no complains. however, some issues with the electrical in 2 of the bathrooms. I called and they gave me a number for the contractor in charge, but frankly I've been busy. I'll for the number again and I'm sure they will take care of whatever it is. I'' give Lenar homes an AAA rating, the best in the market at a reasonable price.

Ryan R. Is where it all started ...what a great experience that started from day one. We had been looking at alot of different areas in SWFL before coming to Vista Blue. Originally it seemed to be to far from Naples. It isn't and we fell in love with the community and the home. Ryan R. was fantastic through the trying, buying/Bidding process that was so frustrating but with his help we finally succeeded. Some of the workmanship and quality is less then was expected but after our close the construction supervisor (Mike W) and the customer support from (Mark H) has been fantastic with cordination of all the trades that are involved to correct any and all issues that have come up. Lennar was very well organized and extremely helpful. This purchase was made during Covid-19 and was completed entirely through a virtual process.

Amand Doran was outstanding!!! Her knowledge and professionalism with regards to the Morgage process was second to no one. After the purchase and moved in, Cody Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. It would not have been as smooth without his help. Lots of little issues that he just took care. Both Amanda and Cody went the extra mile for me and my wife.
