After being in our home for just under three months, we have noticed some quality and workmanship issues. For a "luxury" home, the appliances are low grade along with many of the other finishes. There are also minor issues like "sloppy" work (paint drips, dirty/stained tiles/ sloppy trim work, ect.). These things aside, we are happy with our home.

We love the community and area. We purchased at the beginning of the community opening and decided to purchase a larger home in the same community. We like many of the extras included in the sale, having the appliances and blinds included are a nice plus.

My wife and I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and true sense that Lennar cares about their buyers. From Shannon on the sales team to Nick in Customer Care, to the subcontractors coming by for minor warranty repairs, everyone has been wonderful to deal with. We are from Canada and have built 4 new homes there. No customer service experience we've had prior to this with a builder, compares to Lennar's amazing one. We feel we got great value and quality of construction. Where there was an issue we noticed, it was fixed promptly and professionally by contractors, with follow up from Nick in Customer Care. The whole experience was great

From the beginning Shannon D. has been extremely helpful making the home purchase process very easy. After the closing, she continues to help us when issues arise depending on the situation. In addition, Cody B. has been invaluable as far as being on site every day. He also goes above and beyond helping us out on any issue that is planned or unplanned. I will say though that quality of craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired.

Home Buyers need to know exactly what is included in a new home. I was completely unaware that my new home would not have exterior lights, that there were no shower doors in two of the three bathrooms and no towel bars and no mirrors in any of the bathrooms. I have spent the first month in this home purchasing those items. Also older couples like myself need more one on one attention as it is often difficult to do everything via the computer. We have difficulty with Virtual visits.

The buying process was great Zach followed up with us through the construction process. My biggest disappointment is the quality and the workmanship and finishes. Skip trowel finish on walls terrible done buy someone who didn't know what they were doing. We love the house and community just wish better care should be take with interior finishes.

We have been waiting to get internet line ran to our home for over 3 weeks.

Ryan R. Is where it all started ...what a great experience that started from day one. We had been looking at alot of different areas in SWFL before coming to Vista Blue. Originally it seemed to be to far from Naples. It isn't and we fell in love with the community and the home. Ryan R. was fantastic through the trying, buying/Bidding process that was so frustrating but with his help we finally succeeded. Some of the workmanship and quality is less then was expected but after our close the construction supervisor (Mike W) and the customer support from (Mark H) has been fantastic with cordination of all the trades that are involved to correct any and all issues that have come up. Jamie is excellent very professional

The only issue I had with the process was with the fact we were told closing was happening and when I showed up from out of state, I was told it was being postponed due to a delay materials. While I understand these things can happen, I would suggest not committing to a closing date until it is absolutely happening not an anticipated closing date. Everyone in the process was very professional and informative. They appeared to be very experienced and well trained.
