From the time I saw my home until the time we moved in, the process was smooth, easy and everyone was friendly and understanding. The home had a few "dings", but Lennar's team took care of all concerns quickly. I would recommend that the Lennar sales team make it clear that outside garage lighting, inside kitchen cabinet hardware and backsplash finish is not provided. That was my only surprise. Such a pleasant buy for a beautiful home in a lovely community. I appreciate the blinds, ring door bell, locks, appliances, nice showers etc. will enjoy my home

Really community. Elementary and jr high schools are close. Access to the First Coast freeway close, that will help us to get faster to downtown and other cities as Clay.

The Lennar staff is a pleasure to deal with. We feel we have an extremely high quality home. We have experienced no issues, but had a neighbor who had a little problem and Lennar attended to it promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend Lennar.

Excellent price point and responsive team. No, you cannot really customize but this is a fair trade-off for the value.

The underwriter had five month’s to prepare for closing and was still asking questions two days before closing. After submitting 104 separate documents they were still not satisfied. I felt as though I was being cross examined and on trial for some crime. Some one needs to take control of them. They act paranoid and are in fear of making a mistake so I felt as though they were taking out their frustrations on me. When they kept contacting me two days before closing I stopped responding

We love our home! It is so beautiful! And Lennar is very serious about continuing to make it perfect even after moving in. For example as houses settle, doors can potentially warp and not close properly. They are so prompt in making sure if there's anything like that it is taken care of quickly and professionally. If I had to critique one thing it would be the paint. It has a matte finish so it isn't that easy or pleasant to clean. Sherwin ans Christi did a very good job. They were very professional in the telephone conversations we had, they answered all my questions and explained in details so that I can understand and make my own decisions. They went above and beyond my expectations and made sure my move in date that I have ask for was achieved.

Our salesman, Alan, was great with showing us homes and explaining features. We found a home that really met our needs. Other than perhaps some sloppy painting, the house has been great! A couple of minor issues have been quickly addressed by Lennar. We are loving our new home and location!

We absolutely love our new home. Lennar reps and mortgage team were A+ the whole time. We had a few big issues with rooms not being insulated, but the maintenance team was so helpful and quick to fix it.

I began my journey with Lennar through the sales process with a telephone conversation with David Scardo. He was very helpful & followed up with emails with e-brochures, etc. We scheduled a personal visit to the property in early April 2025. The tour was very professional & low pressure. We were offered several choices which met our needs. The decision was easy. The closing date was set & the process was simple. Lennar Mortgage was extremely helpful during the process. The new home was ready for move on the promised date. We’re very happy homebuyers.
