Lennar builds a structurally sound home. The quality of workmanship and materials for what you pay is TERRIBLE. They build the home and you will spend months getting warranty work done. They have been great to repair what we find. The problem is you have to find it to get it fixed. The rates with their mortgage company and fee are more expensive than outside. The solar through them is a lot more costly than if you went outside of Lennar. Most builders will have certain companies as preferred lenders, solar, etc but Lennar uses its own subsidiaries and YOU PAY THE PRICE!

I was lied to about cable being included. Nobody informed me of registering the house. I feel like anytime I had a concern I was treated as if I were a nuisance.

I’m still waiting for repairs to be completed from my closing over four months ago. In addition I’m in the middle of fighting tooth and nail to get someone out to repair a roof leak that has caused extensive water damage and now black mold which has rendered three rooms in my house unable to be used. My kids are crammed into other rooms now. I’ve documented everything and even called management multiple times with now follow up. The entire process has been horrendous as a first time home buyer.

My name is Angel, starting with the poor communication during the purchase process,I don’t know why they have a concierge because doesn’t help at all, changes in closing date without any notification, however everything was rushed in terms of requirements. My house went more than three months without being touched, leaving everything until the end. When I first came to look at a home. My realtor told me the house was white and it ended up being purple during my walk through. Also workers used my bathroom and left me a present and the house was not cleaned when given to me. Worst experience ever.

Awful experience! At final walkthrough the house had terrible detailing and the customer service agent didn’t resolve. It’s one thing before you close and another after closing! Lennar practically abandons you after closing and you have to resolve through warranty, which is an impersonal online unfriendly and confusing process! I will never again buy from Lennar! You shouldn’t either!

Lennar tried to close our home when house wasn't ready. We did Walk through 2 times but items didn't fix. Lennar pushed us to close the house and said they will charge us for each day if we push the closing date later. Finance team wasn't knowledgeble enough and they made a mistake on cash to close amount.

Two months after my closing, I haven't received my keys yet. Nobody from Lennar is capable of giving me a straight answer. I don't get why you rush the closing like crazy if you are not ready to provide me with my keys. Really disappointed at the level of service provided by Lennar. It's like there is no management at all in this company. Nobody takes any responsibility.

My home buying experience was horrible. It started from the salesman to the loan officer. They lacked customer service skills, respect, and information. For all the trouble I went thru to purchase my home, in the end it was not worth it. So many defiencies, lack of workmanship, and the lack of responsibility. I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. I wish I would have done my homework beforehand.

As far as the home buying process it is easy and simple but the quality in workmanship around the house it is extremely poor. Everything in the house is built too fast therefore the house have problems just like an old house. I already got multiple problems on a "new" house. Lennar will tell you that everything in the house has warranty which it does but, you have to take out of your time to fix problems they made while building the house. Also, it takes them a long time to fix anything. I bought a new house to not have problems of an old house.

The process of buying the home was okay. We waited for about 45mins in a room after signing for the keys, then they came in with music and congratulated us. Handed the keys over and we left. After that it hasn’t been great. We’ve had issue after issue in the home and each time it seems as though we’re just a problem when trying to get it fixed. No one seems to truly care about helping. The initial sales contact was pleasant and the new home sales agent kept in touch until a deal that fit my budget could be met. I just bought a property at lennar at Lakeland. This is the worst experience I have ever have. They took 2 months to install the motorway and shelves. The ceiling over the island kitchen is already leaking. There is water from the ceiling and leaking over the island kitchen. 2 months.
