My wife and I promptly supplied everything needed to the underwriting team and were exactly where we needed to be in order to be approved and were denied at the last second after they had already given us a closing date. Only to find out from the builder they should have offered us another lender which they never did and even the builder was upset for us after everything we all had been through at that point. Refund on our down payment took forever to receive back. Overall terrible experience. Two thumbs down. Do not recommend. If you’re looking to buy a new home don’t go with Lennar.

I was met with rudeness and condemnation. Poor customer relationship and poor follow through. I love my home. But was made to duplicate information and complete tasks multiple times. My experience was terrible each step of the way. But my home is beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, the only reason I suffered through the process.

These people are a joke. Expect all smiles and a helping hand right until you sign the purchase agreement, lender never answer questions, only when convenient, send paperwork to sign and 2+2≠4, virtual closing but no plan for key hand off, the concierge is useless … close to 2 months in the new house and it’s definitely not flat/even, huge gaps and tile is hollow throughout, problems with electric, appliances, bugs entering home is TOTALLY NORMAL. They will do ANYTHING to not fix the poor craftsmanship… highly recommend you shop with D.R. Horton. Overall, this was the highest level of disappointment from Lennar. Great experience in purchasing our house

It was a good experience and fast process of getting the houses everyone was nice in the process.

Lennar Need to do better inspection in your homes, find some issues on my home looks that we need to fight for everything.

The title company doesn´t respond emails. It´s really a shame

Some things are not of good quality.

I was so looking forward to own my brand new house from Lennar and to my disappointment I was shocked to see such a pricy home with the cheapest details such as $25 dollars faucets throughout the home, the smallest and most uncomfortable patio door, the most horrendous baseboards just to mention a few. I could have backed out from the sale during my walk through but I have already sold my home in CT, my entire life and my family was already packed up. Here I am regretting trusting Lennar as much ad did.

The process to buy a house with lennar was simple and fast however one you move you start noticing that the quality and material are cheap for the price that you are paying for the house. The warranty response is quick but the contractors that they sent to do the repairs do not do a good job, always in a rush and with bad actitud. And if you found pavers or the sidewalk with missing pieces of the concrete with days to be living in the house they said it is not cover in the warranty so who is going to respond then?? If they keep coming with the big trucks on the streets?

After searching, applying and preparing for months, I received the key to my new home in the Wynnstone neighborhood. My brand new 5 bedroom 3 bath home features Energy Star appliances and modern heating and cooling systems. It’s a new build so the roof and other structural items have been inspected twice to prevent early maintenance issues. The community pool and playground for the kids haven’t been installed but will be a plus once operable. The LENNAR builders, consultant Bun Kaing, finance team led by Denise Carlin, and the title team les by Sheree Shearey were awesome throughout the 7-month process. They worked with me and guided me through the few hiccups to ensure I purchased the home that I wanted. Lennar's "Everything's Included" model offers a simplified and inclusive buying process with standard features, however, they limit customization options like interior paint color, screen porches, and landscaping options other than mulch. Lennar also charge quarterly HOA fees & a monthly CDD fee plus an additional admin fees for home maintenance/ home improvement requests. I feel like this houses should be perfect when people move in to the house that cost them so much money. Little things that could have taken more time to make perfect for the home owner.

Closed in August 2025, so far so good. No issues and lovely neighborhood

Very good experience in purchasing the new home.

The model I brought is one that I wanted for long time. It is bad that Lennar does not allowed buyers to choose a refrigerator models of choice. They did not provided the appliances for the next gen apartment. They do not provided a welcome package to orient you where to go for utilities etc. They did not provided blinds. House lacks sufficient cabinets.
