Lennar completes and sets up appointments quickly.

Lennar gives you more for the money. They included the blinds, refrigerator, and surprised us with a washer and dryer. Other home builders do not do this. The overall experience was great.

Aziza, Gene, Julie, and Brittany were all attentive to my needs throughout my home buying process. Gene and Brittany continue to answer questions after I have moved in. Experience has been great so far. I am praying that this Lennar neighborhood will live up to my expectations.

The craftsmanship of my home doesn’t seem great , there are a lot of issues that shouldn’t exists like a crooked wall. Things of that nature should have never passed inspection from Lennar / star tech .

I was very lucky to have Ali as the person who oversaw the building of my home. He was very professional and made sure I was happy with the end product. Jodi was my customer service liaison who ensured items that needed to be addressed were scheduled and completed as promised.

Overall, we have had an amazing experience purchasing and building our beautiful home with Lennar. We absolutely love everything, down to the finishes. Lennar homes have a luxurious feel for affordable pricing. The Next Gen layouts couldn’t fit our needs more perfectly. We instantly fell in love and knew this was the perfect home for us. There is definitely room for improvement with communication to homeowners as well as throughout the company itself, but at the end of the day our needs were met. Moving is stressful but Bruce made the home buying experience very straight forward.Gene at Lennar mortgage was superb even so there were a few issues he sorted them all out and kept it on track.Following our move I have to say that whenever I reported the odd issue Lance and his team responded very quickly and rectified the issue.Overall a very good experience and I would highly rate the service received by these members of The lennar team as they made the difference

Our overall experience was smooth sailing! Some issues still need to be resolved, but they are being handled.

The Rep is wonderful. We are still north and have yet to move in. Unfortunately, the home watch service keeps finding issues that need to be resolved. I am concerned.

In order to closing, rush everything, the quality can imagine, hope they will increase the quality.

The house was realy well done, but theres some things that are not fixed and the house is now in use. Like garbage boxes, front door, painting etc.

Construction workers toss trash anywhere but trash can. Some parts were rushed through like painting, interior trim, vent registers crooked. Other things like drywall, tile and framing were perfect. Lots of minor Warrantee issues. Mixed bag of great and crap.

Cheap materials carpet pads and more

The process to buy a house with lennar was simple and fast however one you move you start noticing that the quality and material are cheap for the price that you are paying for the house. The warranty response is quick but the contractors that they sent to do the repairs do not do a good job, always in a rush and with bad actitud. And if you found pavers or the sidewalk with missing pieces of the concrete with days to be living in the house they said it is not cover in the warranty so who is going to respond then?? If they keep coming with the big trucks on the streets?

Still haven’t resolved issues

Neither the concrete subcontractor or the irrigation subcontractor showed up at the time I was told they would be here. I have not heard from either of them. The floor in the garage looks like a spiderweb. I am concerned The cracks will continue into the house and ruin the tile .I do not understand the lack of response from your subcontractors. On my final walk-through I mentioned to your representative I thought someone should have been in the house much earlier to take care of things that were still being done on the day of the walk-through. His response was “ I got here after the build was complete so it is not my house.” Not a good response. ... More
