The main Electrical panel board is of poor performance, it should of been SQD like the other homes I am an Electrical Engineer and we stop using EATON for this reason, as I continue to have issues, including the water heater is poor quality

The construction guys do a great job at laying the block, setting in the roof and handling most of the structural components. However, the outsourced painters, finishing trimmers, tilers and carpet guys are awful. Expect paint in the carpet and windows (the paint to basically be white chalk which comes off the wall when cleaning), the tiles to be irregular in height and to have missing grout (or just black mastic coming through the light tan grout). I won't even talk about how terrible the sod is installed in the yard. With all that said, these new constructions are great value for the money. Sure, you can't really make any meaningful choices, but you're getting a brand new house for the same or less than 2-3 year old comperables for sale in the area. The sales team is pretty honest and helpful in most things though the mortgage lender is awful - expect to have at least one or two major screw ups not in your favor. Once you're in the home, the guys that helped you in your walkthrough will do everything they can to set things right in the first few months. They're directly involved in setting up labor to fix errors. After that, they move on to new buyers, though you're still able to work with Lennar to fix issues for the first year. ... More

Like any other new home, we had issues inside the apartment with the floor and other finishings. However, Lennar showed responsibility and immediate assistance to resolve all of them. They also had a big delay in the completion and function of the elevator, which has also been resolved. ... More

Take care of maintenance issues more timely. F or example the entrance on 87 avenue, does not work 2 months ago.

If looking for quality construction, look elsewhere. They’re attentive until your house is done, good luck after that. HOA at Florida Properties is absolute worst.

Builders rush instead of ensuring quality products. The level of professionalism is below standard. Communication between all parties in the process is poor. The purchase, closing and Walk Thru process was excellent. Amazing, smooth and professional experience. However EVERYTHING after has been a stressful, time consuming, unprofessional, unfair, disrespectful nightmare. If I am exaggerating, PLEASE I would welcome your feedback. I will not go into ALL the UNRESOLVED ISSUES at my new LENNAR Home; just going to give you a few examples. There is currently an OPEN Customer Care Ticket for LOTS of water leaking in our garage thru the Front Door pavers. I first reported this on the VERY FIRST DAY I actually moved in (JUNE 8, 2019). I sent a photo of the garage all full of water with the moving companies truck in the background. We could not unload most of our furniture because the garage was all wet. TODAY is SEPTEMBER 27, 2019 and you finally “sealed” the leak about 10 days ago, however the pavers directly infront of our entrance door STILL have not been replaced. However we have opened & closed SEVERAL tickets for this UNRESOLVED issue. Remember I 1st reported this 3 MONTHS AGO on June 8th. Would you call this great customer service for a brand new $450K home or unprofessional, pathetic and disrespectful? I still cannot install ceiling lights or fans because of ANOTHER OPEN TICKET well over two months old. There was water in the ceiling, which accumulated into the light fixtures. I was told it was condensation or the A/C might be leaking etc etc. I was also promised a mold inspection since water sat there for over two months without ANYONE even taking a look in the attic. Over a month ago, several members of your Maintanance team were at my home and we asked to go ahead and remove one of the ceiling fixture in order to see if I could finally install a ceiling fan. When one of your guys removed it, he got “SPLASHED” with water on his face. I believe Carlos Rodriguez, Teo, James and maybe Chris witnessed this. You can ask them if I am lying. TODAY 09/27/19 I still cannot instal a ceiling light or fan. You STILL haven’t done the Mold Inspection. And I am STILL paying $300 a month to have my stuff in storage. So how would you describe Lennar’s Custimer Care? 5-Excellent. 4-Pretty Good. 3-Average. 2-Below Average. Or 1-EMBARRASSING, PATHETIC and DISRESPECTFUL? I feel it it a (1) because there is not a (0). Instead of being an exciting process, it was a headache due to lack of professionalism and business ethics. I had to get my attorneys involved that cost my an arm and a leg. I do not recommend doing business with Lennar. And everyone in my condo went through similar experiences and have the worst reviews about their experience too.
