These people do not care about the buyer. They don’t care about your needs, they will treat you beyond very 4/10 or 5/10 and they do not care, mostly because their attitude and mindset is that if you don’t buy it someone else will. They took their time for everything and communicated so poorly but when it was time to close on the house or when they needed something they completely chang and rush you and pressure you. Do bettter. Communication was the worst. Loan officer Adrian was great, Bridgette was great, realtor was great. Everything else was not a great experience. Very ship materials are use to build, finishes are really bad.

Great property. Buying experience went well and had assistance all along the process. Everyone was very attentive to guiding us through the buying process. House does have some issues to address so proper/thourough inspection recommended. Good thing there is a 1 yr warranty coverage because still dealing with open tickets.

Several pending issue dragged on to fix. A few of the issues were made seem like it was supposed to be like that. Example carpet loose next to point where carpet ends and tiles lead to bathroom. Potential issue for someone falling by tripping on loose carpet. Laundry room doors made too small for standard appliances can’t close door

First time homebuyer and the process was horrendous, especially buying pre construction. Don’t assume that just because every single house within a giant property being constructed (think Altamira in Homestead Florida) is a beautiful shade of cream with brown and tan details, that your own pre construction place will match. The reason we decided to buy in that community was because of the elegant color scheme. Once the place was done being built and we flew back from out of state for the walkthrough, imagine our surprise when the stupid place is chicken yellow with gray stonework. Two colors that couldn’t clash any more than they do, among a sea of beautiful ivory and browns. It cheapened the entire neighborhood. I understand that there might be a “palette” they can play with regarding colors, but no other building in the entire place was painted chicken yellow except ours (townhome). Finishes were typical cheap cookie cutter nonsense with the ugliest colors imaginable (think depression blue and Soviet era gray). The carpet had tons of paint splatters on it. This Builder is horrible, They are SCUM!

As an architect, I can say first and foremost that the community is spectacular. What's coming to the area is very good because this community has it all. I love it.

The buyi no process was very good. Everything was well explained

Ok, but could have been a higher quality product/ material. Electrical GFIs are not installed so you cannot use a hair dryer without tripping the power. The postal service is non existent, online packages undeliverable since the address does not exist. The most frustrating is the address being not found. No food delivery services or Uber cabs or any deliveries gets to us. We’ve had to use the Publix supermarket as our drop off. I’m told it will get started soon so until then, I “reside” at Publix on Palm Drive!

Process at the beginning feels like a dream come true. After 40 days and 3 days before my closing, the nightmare starts. Lennar mortgage denied my application,n and they even care to ask for supporting documentation and anything regarding the denial, I tried to cancel everything with that denial, but Lennar insisted that it was not possible because 30 days had already passed by. After the process of getting approved by another bank because as for Lennar, I didn't have any other option, I was able to move in, I could notice bad quality, worst finishing. Conditions were not as expected since this should be a new home. What was supposed to be a dream come true was the worst decision I ever made. My experience with Lennar has been very good. I received the necessary guidance from my realtor, and also the full support of the entire team during the home buying process. I also believe that the post-sale service is efficient and committed to doing things right. I would definitely buy with Lennar again

At first, our experience with Lennar was fantastic. The loan team moved quickly, and everything seemed to be on track. As active duty military members using a VA loan, we were led to believe that Lennar was coordinating directly with the VA on our behalf. However, after speaking with a VA loan agent, we learned that some of the documents Lennar requested from us should have been handled by them, not us. This raised serious concerns about their transparency and competence in handling VA loans. Despite our reservations, we moved forward. Throughout the process, the team was responsive and helpful—until we signed the paperwork. After closing, communication dropped off almost entirely. We never received a welcome packet, and basic tasks like setting up utilities and ordering trashcans became a frustrating, do-it-yourself process. It felt like Lennar's customer service vanished the moment they secured the sale. To their credit, the construction team did an excellent job, and we have no complaints there. However, the lack of post-sale support was disappointing and made what should have been a seamless transition into homeownership far more stressful than necessary. If you're considering Lennar, be prepared for great service up front—but don’t expect the same level of care once the deal is done. ... More

Great team, great company

The buying process was smooth and easy, but I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the home. We’ve run into several issues, especially with sand in the pipes, and were told this will always be a problem unless we install a filtration system—which isn’t exactly cheap. Honestly, that seems like something that should have been included from the start. On top of that, the carpet quality isn’t great, and one of the rooms has something melted into it, causing a bad odor. It’s been frustrating to deal with.
