Great property. Buying experience went well and had assistance all along the process. Everyone was very attentive to guiding us through the buying process. House does have some issues to address so proper/thourough inspection recommended. Good thing there is a 1 yr warranty coverage because still dealing with open tickets.

As a first time homebuyer I must say the process was very smooth. My loan processor was amazing!!!!! She made the experience heavenly. She stayed in contact while my home was in construction and even after to say congratulations. The targeted closing date was pretty much on target from loan origination and delayed by 2 weeks. That is pretty phenomenal. I’m happy with the home. Only item I wasn’t totally happy about was the video rendering showcased a beautiful staircase with a banister. The finished home has a wall built. Kind of a visual eye sore aesthetically. But I will replace it. Overall I’m happy and grateful for a smooth experience. ... More

Make sure you get everything done and repaired BEFORE closing. they are very helpful fixing everything but after you take possession on the home they take their time to fix or can tell you that is not covered on the warranty.

I would not say it was outstanding but our experience was very good. Improvement in your process could be made by far!!

I think the home buying process was very smooth.

The overall process was great I just wish more options were available to wrap into the house (i.e fence, gutters, other flooring options) versus having to do them afterwards. You spend so much buying and then more afterwards. The community thebuilt is very nice.

Considering market and location, this has been a good investment.

Rare to find a 3/3 model with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. The built was a few months as I bought during pre-construction.The house was completed right on time.

I had called for a few issues. Received response from Lennar and Im satisfied. I still have a thing or two but Im ok.

Since closing on the home in February and moving in, we have encountered multiple issues across several areas of the property, including: Floor tile installation Drywall finishing and painting Exterior workmanship Kitchen countertop installation Front door installation Closet door installations More recently, we discovered a cracked PVC plumbing pipe beneath the driveway, which has led to slow backups in the toilets and master bathroom shower. We understand that repairing this will require excavation of the driveway and surrounding ground, which raises additional concerns about the original installation and overall construction quality. I do want to acknowledge that each time we’ve submitted a service request, your customer service team has been responsive, professional, and efficient. We genuinely appreciate how quickly and respectfully these issues have been addressed after the fact. However, the volume and frequency of these issues—especially so soon after closing—point to a larger concern with workmanship and quality control during construction and final inspection. This is not about isolated repairs; it reflects a broader breakdown in pre-delivery quality assurance. Given this, I am requesting escalation of this matter to a senior-level representative. I would like to: Understand how these issues were not identified or resolved prior to closing Review the quality control and inspection processes applied to this home Discuss a comprehensive plan to address current and potential underlying issues—not just individual repairs as they arise Ensure confidence in the long-term integrity of the home This situation has significantly impacted our confidence in the construction quality, and I believe it warrants a more thorough review at a higher level. For first time home buyers Lennar is a an excellent option, as the process is a streamlined process, easy to follow and efficient tailored for new homeowners. entering the market. I would certainly recommend Lennar; and have recommend Lennar my friends that are looking to purchase. I plan to purchase from them again in the future.

The quality of the final product is above average. Multiple issues are showing up due to the poor job provided by contractors. The responsive time to resolve issues is also poor. It takes weeks before your problem is taking seriously. I was expecting better from a company like Lennar.

Satori is a nice community, but Lenar was trying to save on things that really doesn’t worth, small details that you have to fix for yourself because their customer support doesn’t work. There are many walk away they brought to us broken from first day, electric lids not in place, the worst light poles I never see before, they don’t put soil below grass and never pick up construction sand, so if you want a nice grass you need to do it by yourself in your garden. Little details that cost you and your community extra money!

The construction guys do a great job at laying the block, setting in the roof and handling most of the structural components. However, the outsourced painters, finishing trimmers, tilers and carpet guys are awful. Expect paint in the carpet and windows (the paint to basically be white chalk which comes off the wall when cleaning), the tiles to be irregular in height and to have missing grout (or just black mastic coming through the light tan grout). I won't even talk about how terrible the sod is installed in the yard. With all that said, these new constructions are great value for the money. Sure, you can't really make any meaningful choices, but you're getting a brand new house for the same or less than 2-3 year old comperables for sale in the area. The sales team is pretty honest and helpful in most things though the mortgage lender is awful - expect to have at least one or two major screw ups not in your favor. Once you're in the home, the guys that helped you in your walkthrough will do everything they can to set things right in the first few months. They're directly involved in setting up labor to fix errors. After that, they move on to new buyers, though you're still able to work with Lennar to fix issues for the first year. ... More

Like any other new home, we had issues inside the apartment with the floor and other finishings. However, Lennar showed responsibility and immediate assistance to resolve all of them. They also had a big delay in the completion and function of the elevator, which has also been resolved.

Be prepared to get a garage door motor opener . No screens in any windows. No blinds in any windows. No gutter around the house.

The main Electrical panel board is of poor performance, it should of been SQD like the other homes I am an Electrical Engineer and we stop using EATON for this reason, as I continue to have issues, including the water heater is poor quality

Additionally, after closing, the cost to upgrade these core features to a more durable and sustainable standard can be significant. In today’s economic climate, where affordability is already a major concern, these added expenses place an additional burden on homeowners. Moving forward, I would strongly encourage Lennar to consider investing more in higher-quality base materials and appliances. Doing so would not only enhance the long-term value of their homes but also better align with the expectations of buyers making such a substantial financial commitment. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism of the team and the opportunity to be part of the community, but I hope to see improvements in construction quality and standard features in future builds. ...
