We enjoyed the entire process of purchasing our home. The sales agent (Matt) was EXCELLENT!. As was the warranty follow up on a few issues we needed addressed. It is a beautiful home with a very nice bundled package (absolutely love our spa and pool). we are pleased with the warranty follow up as well as the trade that has performed the work. The best way to understand how we feel is - We recommended this home to a couple we golfed with and they purchased a home. We also are trying to get my 2 sisters to purchase home in The National as well as a co-worker. Obviously we are very pleased with our new home. Would recommend to any potential buyer. We are very thankful to have finally closed on our new home in Ave Maria. It has been quite an adventure, but I do have to say we love where we live! The neighbors and people within the community are so friendly and awesome! With everything there are ups and downs. Nothing is ever perfect, However, the warranty team with Lennar is very responsive, and really helpful. One question I guess I would pose, is wouldn’t it make sense in the building process of our homes… for the contractors to really take their time and do quality work up front so the homeowner would not have to put in so many requests for things to be repaired? Im sure that is a mystery to so many! All in all, and little by little, everything will get done!! ... More

Easy to do the virtual closing.

There were several small problems with our condo at closing. Customer Care did a good job making corrections and follow up.

Overall Lennar team was good to work with. Our salesman Jack was great, as were Ally and Angela in the mortgage department, once people stopped changing. They need to do a better job of quality control on the finalized construction, many tradespeople had to return to finalize discrepancies, although it was nothing major.

We met with Brad, a very good sale rep, and he explained what Lennar offered. We picked a house that was under construction and we watched it bring built. We moved in and, as with every stick build house, there were minor issues that were quickly addressed. We’re happy with the house, pool and the neighborhood

Matt was our sales rep and was outstanding. He was available to answer our many questions. Alex and Annie in warranty addressed our list quickly and efficiently.

The house closed 3 months after we were originally supposed to because of building delays. But we are very happy overall.

Anything that is not right they will fix it asap, great company.

Cannot beat their pricing in Naples.

I feel I got a tremendous value in my home. Any issues I have had, and they have been minor, have been addressed immediately and pleasantly.

Jamie was my sales rep and she is fantastic. She was extremely responsive to my questions before and after. I love my new home and the community. I have also had immediate responses and resolutions on any repairs that need attention. My experience has been very good and I would purchase from Lennar again.

They are outstanding builders, but they need to correct some issues, insulation on the walls

Quality of the paint and appliances are not quality. They skimped on many beautiful features like epoxy garage floor, crown molding, glass front door. It was so disappointing to find out they were no longer offering this when it’s in the models.

The closing of the home was poorly done

House foundation is great but paint and indoor materials are cheap.

Slow to respond to issues once you close

The villa that we had some issues with workmanship! When they contracted a lot of work out and rush in doing the work it come out sloppy. So a lot of my issues is with the paint.

House is great as far as space & layout but the workmanship is awful. Attention to detail is very poor and many things needed fixed and still do! So many things equipped in home with no box, no instructions, and setting up items is virtually impossible with no one willing to help! Why install a ring camera when you don’t have the box, screw tool or instructions? Hurry up & purchase & goodbye is how I felt. Sales people are great but builder, PM’s & work orders are a nightmare. House wasn’t clean upon move in & just overall disappointed in the lack of anyone helping get resolution to problems.

I've purchased Lennar before and had no issues, however, in purchasing this Lennar condo things were rushed...the walls were sloppy, no door handles, drawers didn't shut, broken fixtures, etc....whoever did the walk through since we're out of town should've been fired!! Just getting things fixed now.... taking forever....

The sales agent who we worked with did a great job getting us through the purchase process, and was at all times available and helpful. The mortgage manager went above and beyond helping us with some unique issues relating to the purchase, and was instrumental in completing the deal. The pre-move supervisor was also very helpful in insuring that everything was clean and complete before move-in. The negatives had to do with the disorganized manner with which info was presented; there were half a dozen entities reaching out to us, and it wasn't always clear what each represented, and how they impacted the process. We were also told that we had to go to Estero to get gate passes and Fobs, although that didn't ultimately prove to be necessary. ... More
