Everyone and everything was great!!!

This is our 2nd home that we purchased with Lennar the 1st one was in 2017 and it had way better quality. The price for this home is way higher but the materials are completely lower in quality Lennar keeps justifying that the inventory is low but it seems like it's actually just trying to get cheaper materials. We recognized Lennar for striving to deliver the best smart and best product in the market but in the market but it seems like it's not anymore. Sad.

It was not the first house I bought, but the second with Lennar Builder. I chose the house I'm living in today because of the experience of living for thirteen years and being able to say about the quality of the construction. Trust is not bought or sold; it is acquired over time. I am happy and can confidently testify to my friends and family about Lennar Builder's impeccable quality and professionalism.

I had a bad experience with the prefer lender assigned by Lennar his name is Carlos Echeverry and when I did the closing my house had many unfinished details which were never solved.

This is the 3rd property which I purchased from Lennar in Orlando area, and I will still buy the 4th one from Lennar still for sure!

Our Customer Care representative is combative and her immediate response whenever we need to put a ticket in is “no”. She always gives push back for everything. To the point where we have to send her VIDEOS of things that aren’t working. Her latest rebuttal was that she could only send an electrician out to check why our master bedroom light switches weren’t working IF we uninstalled the fan. I am not paying an electrician to uninstall and then reinstall a fan for Lennar yo do their JOB. Yomaris, the customer care rep is less than helpful. I never want to buy Lennar again after these many post closing experiences. Things other builders would take care of in a heartbeat is somehow so complicated with Lennar. ... More

Very organized process at first, but only to assure Lennar's rights and exemption of liabilities and obligations. My honest feeling is that the purchaser means absolutely nothing for them in any sense. Whenever things go wrong in the process (and they often do), all the burden is automatically imposed to customer. Lennar is extremely inflexible. They request escrow deposits with many days in advance, but cancel closing dates unilaterally with no (or very short) notice. If you have any problem (with loan bank, appraiser or insurance company – and I had them all), problem is all yours… No help, assistance or flexibility on Lennar side. All commitments assumed by buyer are demanded rigorously. All obligations assumed by Lennar are loose, fluid and subject to unilateral change by them. Terrible and very stressful experience. ... Me and my wife were very excited to buy this house until the day of closing, there were a lot of issues that weren’t done and they are taking a long time to resolve issues. I have been in this house for a month and a half and still having things that need to be corrected.

My experience with this purchase has been a nightmare. This company don't take responsibility from their negligence's. Big sewer water flood the day of the move and nobody want to claim responsibility.

Overall, I am very pleased with my new home, which is what matter most essentially. The buying experience had some speed bumps which I attribute to having too many people involved, but once you get through that, it all turned out for the best. The Closing at the Lennar office was amazing, the treatment was first class. If you’re looking to buy a new home and there is a Lennar community nearby, definitely check them out. Floor plans are innovative and the people are amazing.

The insulation around the house is terrible, we can hear everything from the outside. Construction process was very poorly inspected. Materials used are not the best quality as promise. I'm not confident that I bought a house that will last for a very long time.

Overall is good, at the end there was a delay to finish the development which I understand, but it took more than a week to complete the last piece due to the mistake of supplier and the builder. It almost affected my loan (my locked rate was expiring at the day of the delayed closing date), to be honest I was not happy about it!

Should understand and respect buyers more

Lenna is the best builder and the villa is very good.

Builders need workers that care about the work they do.

Completed on time as promised. Few minor corrections here and there. All isgood!

Had to accept the home as builder picked out, made the experience of buying a brand new home less magical. Thats why I gave 4 star overall, and 3 start for value for the price paid.

There is room for improvement

5 months after purchasing my home I am still waiting for construction damage repairs. I should have never closed with the construction damage. Now I feel like they are taking their time with repairs.

Customer care is good, they solve the issues but not as fast as it must be, the workmanship is terrible and the materials are scarce.

Good quality service from start to finish

The building was fast and everything was smooth. Customer service afterward were excellent.

Lennar is the best choice for first home buyer like me. They are so organized to serve their customer and all team members are focusing on. It was really good experience with them.

Big company however some individuals are not representing its mission statement
