Terrible sales staff and also construction managers that don’t value customers opinion and only are concerned about closing the house despite apparent issues and corners being cut.

Would not stand behind their workmanship. Carpet unraveled within 48 hours and they would not fix. Closet bars fell of the wall. Circuits trip all the time. Already filled out first survey to absolutely no response. Would never recommend.

I have two investment homes with Lennar and both times I closed was a disaster, unprofessional, shoddy workmanship and forced to close even though there were so many outstanding deficiencies, unacceptable. Was on track to purchase 4 more investment properties, it will not be with Lennar.

Home was promised in March. It was not delivered unitl the end of May. At the end of the quarter ( so it would look good on financials). A week prior to closing, we completed the home walk with lennar rep. 3 full pages of damaged items, inop equipment, broken tub and tile. Day of closing (7 days later) nothing was done. Some Repairs were done but here we are 8 months later, im still waiting for the last 4 items to be completed. NO SENSE OF URGENCY SINCE THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY!

I bought to houses with Lennar I still got damage in both.the do not fixed and managers and employees treat people like garbage.

I had such high hopes when I put my downpayment on my new townhome. I loved the idea of something that was all mine and that no one had ever lived in before. Additionally, the fact that my home would be a smart home and Lennar's promise that Everything Is Included made it that much more exciting. Sadly, the reality was far from the dream. I'm typing this 5 months after moving into my home and I still have a laundry list of items that need to be addressed from my punch list. I WOULD NOT recommend Lennar. I can’t even count the number of things that went wrong which started with permitting the wrong elevation. We caught so many issues then were made to feel like we were being difficult when we’d bring them up to the builder. We were trying to have items corrected before it became too late to do so. Examples of what we caught were: house painted the incorrect color both inside and out, tile stopped and squared prior to where it should have been & had to be redone, floor plug placed in incorrect location (would have been in the walking path and not under ...

I give your company a zero, I have been in my home for 4 months still all the repairs are not finished. My first time buying a home and the whole process was frustrating, I will never purchase a Lennar home nor will I recommend you to anyone. For the price of my house it should be perfect!

We have built houses with five other builders and Lennnar was the worst experience. There is no consistency with work orders because the staff is constantly changing. The construction part was very sloppy and attention to detail. We didnt even get towel racks or toilet paper holders and we paid over 300k for this house. We were told this community would have walking trails, a playground, and a picnic area and none of that has been built. The pool is a joke! It's tiny for the size of our neighborhood and don't even have a lock on it so there are constantly trespassers there destroying what we ...
