I am loving my house! And everything in it

As a new home buyer I was a bit nervous not knowing what to do or expect. But the sales Manager Bun was amazing. He explained everything very well and through out the entire process kept me updated. He also relaid any concerns and issues we notice when we visited the home to the construction manager to get it resolved ASAP to avoid any delays. Over all the entire process was extremely easy. I am extremely happy we went with Lennar for our first home.

I have had a really good experience with Lennar being a first time home buyer. The worst thing about it was the closing which was done in a parking lot so i didn't get that "closing" experience I've always dreamed about at the t table signing papers but COVID is to blame for that, not Lennar...they are very responsive to any issues i have via the ticket process set in place.

The team was great with answering questions and getting back to us on information. It was a great experience from signing the contract to doing are final walk through on our new home. Now if they can just help us unpack it would be a dream come true.

From the first time we meet with a Lennar salesforce we were impressed. Listen to our desires and explained what they could provide. After our selection progress began and great care was given in every phase of the building. Our initial inspection was performed and was very informative, finding limited defects proved that care was always a top priority. Very happy in our new home.

An eye to detail was missing. But the responsiveness to the issues was great!

My home is very beautiful and great work done for me. I’m not struggling for anything right now. I’m able to move around any were I need to go. No stairs for to climb due to my back injury I’m very happy with the great work done for me to enter the house. I have 3 bedrooms plus a master bathroom and two bath rooms. I have a kitchen and so many closet for me to pack something. I have pantry space and closet space for extra storage and 2 car garage. Every thing is intact in place

This was our first time buying a new home and it was first time directly from the builder. Everything was as agreed, we didn't find hidden fees or situations indicating that the company wanted to take advantage of us. Very serious team: Abigail Coloso, Loany, Renata, Kristy Koen, and many others that i met during construction and closing process. Since we live in Texas and the home is in Florida, i was anticipating many potential issues, however, just minimum or none. I would buy again from Lennar.

Overall I love our new home and everyone who helped in the process was amazing. Jeff was great to work with and was very responsive to all my questions and requests to view the home. I don't like the fact that the layout for the driveway was changed a few times from what I was told it would be. I know that Jeff did all he could do to help and that it was out of his control.

ON GENERAL THE PROCESS FOR BUY, THE VISITS BEFORE AND AFTER THE FINISH ALL GOOD. LENNAR IS EXCELLENT

My experience with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) has been FANTASTIC!! My FABULOUS real estate agent Donna C. Helped me find this property after looking at several properties prior, Rob D. Showing us the (MY) house who I will say is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and made me fall in love with the Aurora floor plan - such a fantastic sales consultant. Then my loan approval process with my loan officer, Miguel M. who was VERY helpful, informative and professional - such a AWESOME loan officer. All three helped make my dream of homeownership come true!!! Just a few little cosmetic issues I’ve had in my home, however, Lennar has resolved them. I’m overall VERY HAPPY with my decision to purchase my dream home with Lennar (Rhett’s Ridge 50s) as my neighborhood feels quaint and peaceful and just a 30 minute commute to my office in Orlando.
