I was really skeptical about Lennar getting me into a quality home quickly and painlessly but working with them is one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! The process was manageable, the people were kind and attentive and within weeks I was handed the keys to a brand new home!

Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. They have schedule several appointments to fix the areas of concern. Great customer service post purchase.

From the beginning to closing and move in, everything went through perfectly. Special thanks to Pedro, a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful person who always demonstrated that he cared about my peace of mind. And the rest of the team involved was very nice, thaks to all of them too. Regarding the quality and finishes on the property I must say that I found some minimal details that requires repair after I moved in which I did not catch during the walk through, I guess I can report it through the warranty portal they provided. The realtor was spectacular, the area and architecture beautiful. good after-sales service, the only problem was with the electricity outlets that we had to complain about for the tower washer and dryer.

Great buying experience. Delivered on time, good quality, fair price, all good. The hoa is the down part. Confusing, unresponsive, couldn’t care less. Some promises were not fulfilled, we’re having lots of security issues…

Must find a way to stay on schedule for closing dates and provide better walk through before closing.

First time buyer, I'd say I had a good experience. Not without issues, but everything was resolved quickly and professionally.

structure of house is good ,appliances is good ,cheap paint was used ,inferior materials like faucets, door nobs ,sliding door .

Everything is well, i bought the house to rent

I love the idea of the new generation style house. It has everything my wife and I need, but with extra space for visitors or when our children come to visit us. As always, there are small details to improve, but that will keep me busy. I really recommend Lennar

We have been in our new home for about six weeks. I have heard nothing but horror stories from people I know that have bought new construction with finding tons of shortcuts taken that caused issues or when finding a problem, having to fight to get the work done under warranty. Our house seems to be very well built. We found a small leak in the roof after about a week during a massive storm. We reported it and warranty support was amazing to deal with. We had everything taken care off very quickly and were kept informed on the process every step of the way. So far, I cannot find any real issues to complain about. Lennar offers a unique build that includes higher end appointments at an all included price. Great attention to detail and spacious floor plans. The quality of workmanship could be a bit better, but it seem that subcontractors don’t all possess the same quest for quality. It was disappointing to see things that were important to us as home buyers, was less than important to the contractor. Also, things that were supposed to be included with the home, were cut “due to Covid”, which to me is lazy.

I'm grateful for the people who helped me in my journal. Gene, Crystal and their team did a great job.

Good quality service from start to finish

The value was excellent. The sales staff were great and kept me apprised of progress. Love my home.

The builder met the delivery date. The home had a few minor issues that the builder is excellent on its responsiveness and fixes it quickly. I did not like the fact that there is no ability to make changes and we had to make all the changes post sale. But that it the builder model. Overall, I am satisfied and I would consider them again.

Lennar builds great homes, it’s the sloppy work of the construction people. I’m still removing white paint from our tile floors. Tacks coming up through the upstairs carpet and pricking our feet as we walk on it barefooted.
