My overall buying experience was great. What I would tell others to beware of is quality of workmanship. Higher your own inspector to come prior to closing to help catch any issues. I made the mistake of relying soly on Lennar and I sincerely regret not taking that step prior to closing. I have found several issues with the home. Lennar has came to fix those things which is good. My biggest issue is I have an AC issue and still not 100% fixed. At my walk thru and when I moved in the AC could cool to whatever temperature I set including 68 degrees in Summer. 2 weeks later the masterbedroom felt hot and system would not go below 74 degrees. They have found a few things. A leak in the air duct and had to recharge system with coolant, and an air flow balance issue. After more test and another air balance the air flow feels much better but system still doesnt cool under 72 degrees in Sept. They are coming to replace a duct to the masterbedroom but nothing else. This still leaves me w a brand new AC in a brand new home that was almost a half a million dollars and the system wont go under a certain temperature. Either its the AC system or the home instelf built with poor quality. They rush to get these homes to close and I dont think us home owners get Quality bc they focus on Quanity of homes to sale. ... Don't trust never in lennar

It's my first time buying a new construction home and Irma Almodovarnieves was there every step of the way. She always answered my questions via text or email no matter how late in the day it was. She even answered my questions on her vacation and on weekends. Irma is a great asset to the Lennar and I am so glad to have met her.

the attention and support at all times of my purchase was excellent

For my first home buying experience the process was simply and quick.

Every issue large or small has been taken care of immediately. There is nothing like being treated as though you matter to a company.

This was second home-buying experience with Lennar and they are a well-run and professional home-builder. Their properties are well-built with quality materials. Their staff are very responsive and well-trained. I would purchase from Lennar again in the future

We had a great experience with our salesperson. He was always there for us through the process. Not a great experience with Lennar Mortgage. Lennar has been great with taking care of post move in issues. We have a great home at a great price. I recommend Lennar.

Excellent quality homes very comfortable prices.

Working with the sales team was great. They were attentive, helpful and responded to inquiries promptly. Quality of work was very good. Primarily due to the thorough quality checks. They didn't miss any details. I love the Next Gen feature in the Discovery model. However, please note space is taken from the master closets and kitchen in order to accommodate the Next Gen apartment. Closets in the Primary bedroom and kitchen cabinets are small. Also didn't like that there were no options. Color choices and materials were all selected by the builder, with no opportunity for upgrades or changes. Good but not very good

So far we are loving our new home.

Great experience for a first time home buyer. Solid, single story block Florida home. Insurance loved it. Not a forever home, but the best right now home to build wealth.

Lennar did a good job and the various staff coordinated well with the buyer.

However, I had a terrible experience with Lennar tille company. It was very frustrating and disappointing experience. The day of the closing, my wife and I end up on the street with no place to live because, Lennar tittle didn’t do their job. They realized the down payment money was not was not there, when they were about to give the key if my house. And the worst part is, that they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake.

We love our home and were excited to buy ever since we first saw it. The design of the floor plan is awesome and the price is worth it. I will say that our grass was on the verge of dying ever since we bought. We were assured it would be okay with watering, but that hasn't been the case. There were also quite a few issues we had to have addressed after purchasing. Our master bath shower would not stay hot and we ended up having a leak from the shower enclosure. However, the repairs came pretty quickly so we were really appreciative to just how responsive Lennar was to issues. Will also note that none of our ceiling electrical boxes in the rooms seem to be rated for ceiling fans, which I find to be lesser quality given people tend to put up fans and not just light fixtures. House is nice, good finisher and the exterior architecture look beautiful

We love our place! Had a few bumps along the way but overall enjoy the care and attention when addressing post closing issues.

Overall, my experience with Lennar was positive. I met some wonderful people throughout my house-buying journey. However, things took a turn about a month into the five-month process with my New Home Consultant, Steve R.. From the beginning, my realtor and I sensed that Steve was relatively new to the Lennar team, but we were patient and understanding. Unfortunately, communicating with him was challenging. He seemed to take every question personally, making the process frustrating. Over the course of five months, I received only two updates from him. If I hadn’t taken it upon myself to drive by and take progress pictures outside, I would have had no record of this significant milestone, which is disheartening. Even at the end, Steve didn’t attend my home inspection, despite scheduling it himself, he stated he was overbooked but even that information came after I reached out to him. I couldn’t even get a courtesy text to let us know he could make it. Here we are a month and a half after closing and I haven’t received so much as a check-in(not even the day of closing to see if everything went well). His lack of professionalism was disappointing. On a brighter note, I am grateful for Oscar, who stepped in when Steve couldn't. Dimitrios with Lennar Mortgage ensured the mortgage process went smoothly. Daren, my Customer Care Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all my home's features and warranties in great detail, showing his passion for his job. Michele, my Construction Manager, was amazing and sweet. She promptly addressed every issue noted during my third-party inspection and New Home Orientation, and even checked in the next day. I also met Vanessa, another Construction Manager, who took the time to welcome me and offer help despite not being involved with my home. The construction Area Manager was also kind and attentive, ensuring his team treated us well. Additionally, Leah from the Sales office was very helpful during the remote closing, providing crucial information when Steve did not. Since I moved it I’ve had to put in a few warranty requests and they were all addressed timely. If Steve had been my only representation of the company and community I wouldn’t recommend Lennar to anyone. Remote closing was also a bit hectic but overall we got it done. It was a good experience

New construction, exciting but very stressful, from the Finance to the Home building experience. Lennar really works with you to try get you into a home.

I consider my Lennar home good value for money and very functional. I like the layout of the Bonita model and the location near Mt. Dora is real plus. The support personnel worked to resolve any final building issues, but too many individuals were involved in the process and the closing date kept changing making it difficult to plan.
