The overall buying experience was ok. There was a lack of communication and I felt like I was forgotten a lot. I was given an ultimatum and almost lost the house due to lack or organization on the sales person. I would recommend having a realtor working with you so you have a better experience.

Do yourself a favor, if you want a house and you have enough to make it now, wait another year and go with a better builder. You are just a dollar sign to them and they will ignore 3rd party inspection notes. DO not use them as the lender not matter what incentives they try to buy you with.

Customer Service is awful. House was dirty on closing day. The whole process was awful

Please make sure the Lennar team provides the homebuyer with timely notice of all major actions, construction activities, and milestones. The homebuyer should be informed in advance of scheduled work, including the date and time, whenever possible. In addition, please do not prevent or restrict the homebuyer from inspecting the home. The homebuyer should be given reasonable opportunities to inspect the property and monitor the progress of construction.

Nobody during the entire process seemed to know what was going on. Multiple times I reached out to multiple people who had no idea what had already been resolved or that it was even a question. A lot of information never got sent up the chain or communicated within the Lennar organization.

Very good experience. Painless. Put money down on a Sunday and 6 weeks later I closed. Very easy and painless.

The employees in all of the Lennar areas have been great and very wonderful to deal with.

Find a different company to install sprinklers and sod. The company Lennar used is terrible.

The ad states the Home with Everything, but the they don't finish your garage with sheet rock, put no shower rods in the bathroom, no handles on the cabinets, nor towel hooks or racks in the bathroom. These are all basic items in my opinion and what were received from other builders. These Lennar mortgage staff gave us a hard time even with a 867 credit score and making over $165K per year. Company used the cheapest quality wiring (light fixtures) during the build. I would not recommend nor use this company again.

We had an overall positive experience with Lennar. The only constructive criticism is that in an effort for the mortgage application process completely online, the personal feeling is lost. Sometimes, it is nice to have a point of contact who will talk to you instead of trying to do everything by email. Especially for older clients. I am 57 and still working with technology being a part of my current career in teaching. There were times when I just wanted to hear a human voice to assure me that I was doing the right thing, that papers had been received, etc., and I felt as if I was bothering my point of contact. So for those of us who prefer human contact over AI or online services, it should always be an option, and clients should not feel as if they are taking up someone's valuable time by having a conversation. Purchased our home through Connie ***** at Lennar. Working with her was a phenomenal experience. Also super happy with Beth ***** at Lennar Mortgage. Both went above and beyond to make this purchase as smooth as possible. Having purchased more than 10 other homes, this by far was the smoothest. You’re in good hands with them. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is because this is a second home for us, warranty work needs photos to begin working on issues and that makes the process more cumbersome. I would definitely purchase another home from Lennar.

Overall experience was a breeze. First time buying and it was a lot easier then I thought it would be. Craftsmanship is a 4 because a 5 would be perfect and their is minor imperfections.

Overall, our homebuying experience was excellent. We found the team trustworthy and responsive when we had questions or concerns, and we're happy with our new home. I rated the workmanship and materials four stars because there is still some room to improve the finishing details. Overall, we're pleased with our purchase and appreciate the support throughout the process.

The house is very good, it delivered everything I needed. To make it complete, it would be great if the suite's bathroom had double sinks

The thing that really bothers me is when I moved into my home and then realized there were zero toilet paper holders in 2 1/2 bathrooms. No towel holders and the main bedroom bathroom had no drawers but the guest bath did. Where do I put the things unless I buy them myself. The floor from main room connecting to carpet into bedrooms had nothing to keep carpet from fraying. I call that cheap. You pay more for a home but get less!'

Lennar slaps these houses together pretty fast. You are not allowed to make changes to your build, including any light decisions. Don't even ask if you can pay extra for a header for a deck, they are very strong in their response, "we don't do that." We were told a wasp nest on our house would be removed before we moved in. When we moved in they said, yes we removed it, the wasps just rebuilt it the next day. We were there daily, so I question their honesty on this. They ***** you to use their financing and the person did not feel truthful. He promised a certain percentage for our loan but before signing we noticed he had increased our down payment amount to buy down points without telling us. He was hoping we wouldn't notice. We needed a quick move in home and Lennar has plenty, but ideally I would have taken my time and built with someone more personable. ... More

I was not informed of the policy of sending checks to payoff my credit cards. Even when I emailed the mortgage team and told them I was going to payoff my credit cards, they did not inform of the policy. One of the checks was a closed joint account I had with my ex-husband!

Sad that there is no accountability for what is said and done at a home for families. It just gets them in anddoesn'tt care. The direction is to say what we want to hear and then hide behind loopholes. Just sad, as the salespeople are great and really treat the owners well. It is just not the same after that. Now, the managers who walk the inspections are nice and really do their best; it's the people that you don't see who are a true shame.

Will not resolve a warranty item after 6 months. This is very sad that they won't make the vendor own up to a quality
