Nothing to say that is real positive.

The overall “buying experience” was quick and easy, but the problems began as we neared our closing date. We purchased our home remotely, so we did not have the luxury of being on-site during the construction process. As the closing date neared, we soon realized the finish quality was extremely poor (after flying down for our walk-thru). It was clear the trim was installed before the tile floors, so it left 1/4” gaps in some places. The mitre cuts looked as if they were made by a “do-it-yourselfer”. And everything was resolved “the Lennar way” with tubes and tubes of white caulking. The outside pavers were poorly installed, and interior closets were framed wrong. After agreeing to postpone our closing, many of the issues were left unresolved. We eventually closed, but only because we were told it all met “Lennar’s Quality.” It has been about 6-weeks since we closed, and we’re now dealing with the warranty team. I give the highest regards to this team, as they are going out of their way to make things right. Kudos to Lennar’s commitment to satisfaction through their home-warranty care, but in the end many of these problems should have been resolved prior to closing. We are now wasting “our time” reporting issues, waiting for contractors to do inspections, and having to be home when all of this work is being done. In the end, we would definitely buy from Lennar again. Their overall value is good, and their commitment to making things right (via the warranty) have eased many of our concerns. I would encourage anyone buying remotely to stay on top of the building process, as we trusted our construction manger to handle this part for us. Never again! ... More

Love the home. The people that I have been in contact have been very nice. The people that have come in and done Repairs have been very professional and have done a nice job. However, I have been disappointed with the amount of things that have been needed for the home. Many missing items and many things that needed to be repaired. I have built two homes before this one and they only needed a fraction of the things that I have needed so far. The guys seem to feel very stressed and pushed for production and there seems to be some missing quality care in that. Susan gets all the work done for us. She has been Great! Lennar constuction should have had all these issues done before we moved in. Been here 7 weeks and still getting problems resolved.

We were excited to move into our new home only to find several issues needing to be resolved. Although there has been response to issues there did not see to be a sense of urgency. It seemed to be more of a "we have more homes to build so we'll get to you". Recommend Lennar hire more help to oversee construction as it is happening and not subject homeowners to seek "after close" resolutions to issues that should have been corrected before closing. These are $500k plus properties and should be afforded better attention to detail.

We have been very impressed with Lennar's response to work orders for customer care issues. The vendors they send out are prompt and efficient. We have been completely satisfied and would recommend anyone to use Lennar Customer Care

Disappointed after traveling all night from out of state Supposedly the house was move in ready. When we arrived at 430 AM …..the house we walked into was filthy! Slept in the garage… in the car. Brought it to the project manager’s attention and he had a cleaning crew come in that morning.

Title people were amazing

Shawn with Lennar Backbock Ranch was terrific. We did feel a b it pressured to close when there were numerous items in the home that were not comnplete. 6 weeks later we are still trying to get this done.

House was not totally complete for closing. It has been two months and we are still trying to get uncomplete items taken care of. These are not warranty issues these are items that were not completed during construction.

Overall good experience …..there are parts I would most certainly change and now that I moved in I am getting more information then was shared with me. Still waiting for repairs to be made

Lennar has been great to work with so far. Dana has been awesome supporting our punchiest issues. GC has not been back to finish punch list issues after several calls and text. Dana is working on it. Kitchen countertop has pits and Cloudy spots that will not come out. I know several owners have replaced counter and carpet already. Lennar needs to look into supplier and quality going into condos.

Cannot opt out of very cheap appliances. Had to get rid of appliances before installing up graded appliances. Can’t make any changes, not even to add an electrical outlet.

It was more stressful than it should have been because of the closing date!

I have had a few issues and the response has not been great.

The quality of work was fair. The sales team was good.

Attention to some of the detail work is not as good as it could be.

Lennar does build beautiful homes and condos and carriage houses to fulfill your desired comfort physically and financially. Their team of assistants ranging from the Realtors to construction and closing agents did an amazing job and they actually cared in helping and making sure everything progressed smoothly. I was very impressed by this overall experience and their communities are absolutely beautiful to enjoy for a lifetime.

Lennar not honoring there word on starting amenities.

I like the location and the design of the house. I do think for the price they could have put in better appliances or given me, the home buyer, a chance to upgrade. The young lady who sold the house to us has been very easy to work with and offered other information to make our move easier.

Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Response time to requests for repair is unacceptably long

Sales were great! Community Superintendent is very very good and attentive. However our punch list is very slow to get done. Part of that list is the pool company installing an old mainframe box while all other houses got the new ones. Handling the punch list with a purpose should be the priority.
