The outside agents I used were excellent! However my experience with Lennar wasn’t satisfactory! The day I was to move in was a nightmare! The elevator wasn’t working and my condo is on the 4th floor. In fact, the elevator wasn’t working and down for the next 3 days.. I lost money because the movers had to reschedule. If a part was missing, why was it not sent overnight courier? Nobody really seemed concerned. The management company especially didn’t seem to care whatsoever. I now have others issues which I documented. I received an email requesting a virtual tour to address the problems. This isn’t going to work for me. Extremely disappoinred in the home rep assigned to me as well as the hoa management company. They are inattentive to home owners needs and basically useless. The project manager, Joe Cantore is wonderful and truly the only positive person I have met there. He is on a class above all others and should be commended for his fine work.

Very few options for upgrades / workmanship poor with cabinets and doors/trim etc. not a very organized walkthrough process to deliver a million dollar purchase - I’ve had much better closing delivery for an automobile purchase.

It has been one headache after the next. I THOUGHT owning a new home would be a dream and maybe because we have never have owned a new home our expectations were set to High. Everything from broken door locks, marred closet doors, scratches on most of the windows, and a kitchen range that doesn't work. We do have a wonderful associate we deal with and she is wonderful. Keeps us informed and very knowledgeable on how to get things done. That being said the house shouldn't have been given to us in this condition.

Very deceiving sales tactics by our agent. Steered us away from the property we wanted by telling us there would be a bidding war for it. No bidding war happened as property is marked down now. Just would have liked to purchase what we wanted as we were first to buy.

We love Webbs Reserve. Closing did not go smoothly and the lack of communication from Lennar was disappointing. They have been responsive to requests for service since we closed. Make sure to go through the fine details of the contract to look for additional “hidden” charges.

The purchase experience itself was good (sales and title), but the overall experience was marred by many poor quality control issues on the finishes. Some examples include: - Cracked grout in both bathrooms, chipped countertops, cabinet handles that aren’t aligned properly, appliances not leveled, poor interior paint job, unlevel floor tiles, etc. We gave them a two-page punch list prior to closing and now it’s two months later and only about 4 of the 20 items have been fixed. This is a vacation home for us and we told the construction manager we were fine as long as everything was fixed within a month of closing (they can feel free to come and go as we aren’t there). But even the things that were supposed to be fixed pre-close weren’t fixed yet. Sub-contractors not familiar with what they should be doing — for example, the included Ring doorbell has a part that has to be put inside the chime within the house; this was not installed on ours (it was in the box they left us) Within the community, sidewalks are already cracking, some outside areas on the grounds are not graded properly (so large puddles form from the irrigation system), so just poor quality control resulting from cheap and poorly supervised workers. ... Many defects / Poor Workmanship. It’s obvious that the team that builds these homes is more interested in Quantity and not Quantity / Pride in workmanship…

Overall bang for buck not bad, but you need to know what you are buying. Quality of trades, materials and craftsmanship is not good. Construction management is non existent.

Disappointed in the quality of the work. No attention to details

Very unsettling not getting towel bar in the bathrooms. Thermostat was not compatible with WiFi when we were told many times it was we had to dog it with the Ac company to get it resolved ( had to change thermostat)?Chris did help us reimbursed. The soil has many rocks and construction materials in the soil. No light in the pantry. No support with smart appliances, door and ring setups. The dinning room light outlet box was not center to the room we had to pay to have it corrected. All and all it was a frustrating experience.

The craftsmanship is very poor. House left a mess and many simple issues that should have never had to be dealt with. Need to improve on quality control.

Was all good during the sale process but sales department was extremely disappointing after the sale didn't even acknowledge my business! Never heard from sales department again ! And a ton of issues after I closed they obviously want your money then disappear their goal is get you in and fix all the problems later not a good business model i love my neighborhood and the amenities but extremely dissatisfied with lennar

Sales rep was very suspect. Construction supervisor was fantastic !

Our purchase experience with Nate was very good. He was very attentive, personable and responsive. The lack of choice in materials selection was an issue. We found multiple metals used for fixtures rather than just one, i.e. mixture of brushed nickel and chrome versus just one. Examples of poor workmanship are everywhere. They used caulk to keep pavers in place on front stoop versus using cement. Painters are sloppy. Light fixtures weren’t reinstalled after painting. Numerous holes exist in installed sod lawn. Our punch list of items requiring attention exceeds 20 so far and we’ve only been in the house for 2 weeks. The Company needs major improvement in quality control practices. Those are some of the negatives. On the positive side, in addition to an excellent sales representative, the community is well designed, the style of home is very pleasing, company staff is responsive when called upon to get things fixed. Conclusion, for the priced paid, Lennar needs to step up it’s game on the quality control front.. It seems the company prefers taking shortcuts to get homes done so they can get paid and they’ll deal with the quality issues latter. Not a good strategy. ... More

We bought the model home and it was listed with a pool heater for hot tub and pool. No heater! It’s been two months since we closed. No garage door openers, ceiling fan and light and living room still doesn’t work! Stove good has lights falling out, landscape is old dirty and dying, this is not acceptable. Unhappy customer for sure!

The work on the punch list that we discussed on our walk through prior to closing were not completed as promised. I revisited 4 weeks later to find the disappointment. I understand that the build isn’t a custom home build but the issues should have been addressed

Process prior to sale was great. Had settlement and house had numerous issues to be addressed. Clearly was not totally ready. Caused a delay for me to move in so items could be fixed. Have moved in and still have some open items. Promised amenities: pool and fitness area still not completed

We really love the area that we are in. Sure we wish some of items of the community were different. The communication with the sales rep was ok. I never heard from him on the closing day or after. Not even a check in to make sure everything was good. The New Home Orientation seemed to be a pretty decent list before we closed on the house. It has been two and a half months since closing and we are still waiting on some of those items to be fixed.

After a six month delay we are in. The excitement when we first signed contract was quickly diluted by the time we moved in. A lot of having to do things twice. Example, air conditioning vent was damaged yet they installed anyway. We pointed out Bathroom window installed crooked yet they continued to sheet rock and tile only to have to remove the tile and sheet rock to fix the window. We found busted roof tiles, our house had walls and trusses up. On both sides of our house lots were still dirt, yet those two houses were completed and sold before ours. Our construction manager was let go yet nobody told us so projected stood still for almost three weeks. The next construction manager made things happen. As off today I haven’t gotten the respond to a damage tile. The unit was deliver dirty and with issues. Not happy at all horrible company

It has been 45 days since closing and we have a 20 item punch list of construction issues that have not been resolved. For the money paid for the home, I thought I would have received a handle on the dishwasher and trash bins for the trash cabinet in the kitchen. But I guess those items are luxuries.

Where Lennar fails is communication. From the day I put my deposit down till I closed (which was about 10 months) I only heard from Lennar when they needed my money. As far as communication with me during the building process there was none..none at all. If I wanted any information I had to call. As far as after I moved in communication did not improve. I would E-mail for information and not hear anything thing back when I turned annoying I was then informed that yes, I received your E-mail but I'm waiting on information. So, no communication at all.

There was a lack of attention to detail nearly across the board with trade skills. Carpentry, electrical, you name it. Even landscaping. This house feels like it was rushed to be completed. It feels like everyone was more concerned with hitting a deadline versus quality. The quality check process is not sufficient. Promises made by construction manager were not always followed through on. Gave up trading pretty quickly. Overwhelmed or stretched too thin? Don’t know, but if I was to buy another new build I will have to think twice about Lennar.

Very poor communication when buying home especially since we came from out of state.
