Not the lowest quality but not nearly the highest either. Too many sensible items missed. No lights on house numbers outside and all houses look the same. Hard to distinguish your home at night and even in the day. Many light switched in absolutely the wrong place. At closing, refrigerator was dead, needed to be replaced. Numerous cabinet doors needed adjustment or replacement. Shelves missing. Crack in Lanai. Carpet seam runs right through the middle of the bedroom. Two car garage will only fit two cars if they are both very small cars. My SUV barely fits. Hot water, or no hot water actually, is an issue in the community. We find all of the personnel to be straight forward and service oriented. COVID has made it hard to get "quality subs" many lack depth of experience to do their trade.

Very much satisfied with the buying, construction process. Regular video updates kept us informed all the way through the build. This is our second purchase from Lennar. We think they build exceptional homes.

Very happy with the the professional people that are all affliated with Lennar. They were wonderful from start to finish.

In my opinion for the price point people are paying for these homes there should be much nicer products being put into them. I also think the buyer should be given more options to pick what products are in the home they are buying.

Not a fan. Did not deliver on time, poor job management, many failed inspections. Not the experience I had hoped for from a reputable builder. Subs unreliable and poor workmanship.

Ensure you get your independent inspection along the way and have Lennar fix it prior to closing. Post closing resolution is incredibly slow. I'm still waiting for things to be fixed that were identified at closing and 4months later still waiting.

Many items not completed at closing but the buyer is still required to close. A neighbor had to close without a certificate of occupancy. It has been 4 months since closing and many items have still not been resolved. Example of issues: Wrong carpeting, chipped mirrors and flooring, missing window sills, missing screens, scratches, chipped and gouges in kitchen granite countertop, floor tiles scratched, bent garage door. tiles missing on roof, vent not installed on outdoor grill, dirty grout in bathrooms, bent lanai frames. They are in such a rush to get the work done so they can close that there is minimal regard for workmanship and completeness. The development itself is wonderful, the overall workmanship on the homes is poor. Each repair/fix is a different vendor and they expect the home owner to be available whenever they have time to come out. God forbid if the homeowners actually have a job and aren't available during the day. It is very frustrating to still be dealing with this on almost a daily basis. ... More

Bad quality, bad communication. Open issues

No trustworthy communication between sales and construction staff as to building delays, realistic settlement dates, or other updates. Each side blames each other when you talk with them. If materials are short due to supply chain, so be it. Just tell buyers the closing date is X and not hold to old and now out dated schedules just so Lennar can report sales and home closure progress for investor news. Then on top of all that blame the homeowner for wanting to know updates. Pressuring anyone who will listen for an update. Then be told a song and dance to get rid of me on the phone or in person in the sales office ... More

The completion date was delayed several months due to virus building material delays. The irritating part was the demanding closing date - prior to completion. We were not available to close in person and the Lennar sales and closing office was adamant/unyielding to close and get their money-before our home was completed.

All contractors and staff were knowledgeable and courteous..

Sales agent JVC was highly professional throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience thru the purchase and closing process. Sales staff is very friendly and responsive. The Lennar Mortgage team was slow to respond and had rates higher than other lenders, and therefore were not used. Construction, appliances and finishes were of sub-par quality compared to other new construction in similar price ranges. Issues found during closing walk thru were not completed before closing and were thus sent to the warranty team which was initially slow to respond. I love the neighborhood and amenities, but wished there was more focus on quality vs speed to closure and payment. ... More

Joey Destefano and John Vanleeuwen are true proffessionals. Their attention to the customer is off the chart. Both men never failed to meet our needs. I cannot say enough about how easy they made everything. They made me feel like they were only working for me..

Finding out that Lennar didn't run the gutters past the side entrance door,( in the villa's) has more people angry and disappointed than anything I have heard (including myself). IT MAKES NO SENSE NOT TO RUN THE GUTTER AN EXTRA 30 FEET AND THAN FORCE THE HOMEOWNER TO SPEND $500 TO HAVE IT DONE, IS BAD BUSINESS, DISAPPOINTING AND EMBARRASSING. Its the first thing I comment on when someone asks me about my new Lennar Home. Lennar also doesn't "seal" the granite counters, again forcing the homeowner to do it themselves, which again only makes us feel like Lennar was just trying to cut their costs and put it on the homeowner. These are "no brainer" items that a builder absolutely should be responsible for. It shows that Lennar doesn't have much class and doesn't look out for the homebuyer. We purchased 2 coach homes. Looks like Material cost inflation from the deposit date until closing on the 2nd property is resulting in using lower quality appliances ( dishwasher, etc) and dropping accessories such a ceiling fans, medicine cabinets, etc.

High volume builder. Some options but not a custom builder. Good experience so far.

Buying a home made easy and everything came as expected

Too many repairs to original construction! First three months tied up waiting in for repair people.

That lennar doesn’t follow thru on issues. Lennar has been procrastinating on a leak in my garage for well over a month. The pavers have been removed from the side of my garage. How can it take so long to fix a leak. There is now a tropical storm coming. I’m concerned about flooding and possible damage to the slab.
