I love the process and may buy again when there is good deal

All of the Lennar frontline staff, especially the new home consultant, Carlo, loan officer, Ilyssa, insurance agent, Maribelle, and especially the construction manager, Lacey, have allowed us to be at east throughout the process of buying and moving into our new home. The combination of their professionalism and hospitality helped us greatly enjoy our new home experience.

Ray helped me and ALWAYS answered the phone, which is really important I think. The project manager, Russell, was very helpful as well, and I was allowed to do multiple walk-throughs of the property as it was built. After everything was done, Julius, the warranty guy was super responsive in giving attention to a couple of things that I missed. Overall a really good experience. Would definitely recommend this builder to any friends and family.

In overall, it is a good experience, good accompaniment throughout the process, they could improve the materials they use in the bathrooms, update the laundry machines, provide information on how to contract the garbage service.

The process was mind boggling at first, but it was the best thing I have experience beside my two kids. Lennar was by my side through the entire process and in the end I was very satisfied. With that being said, I adore my new home.

I’ve had a few issues with the home, but that’s to be expected with a new house. It’s the response that bothers me. Most of the plastic was left inside of the tub of my guest bathroom-it looks dirty and gross… I asked for assistance on how to remove it-no answer. One of the trees installed on the front lawn is falling over and dying… I asked for help- no response. I had other issues, but they were resolved quickly….I am grateful for that, but not getting help for these other two issues leaves me disappointed.

The whole team is very efficient and the property is closed in time. The construction manager is very detail-oriented.

Everyone from the first contact to the last contact and even after signing has been tremendously helpful and made the home ownership process super easy. Everyone was timely with their response to address concerns and any issues that arise. I'm greatful to have chosen Lennar for this new home journey!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. On August of 2022, I was notified by a Lennar Sales Agent Adam Barton that a home that may fit my family needs was available. He advised me of the price and immediately notified Melissa to see if the numbers would work. Melissa diligently started working on my case and came back with an more than outstanding result. Once Adam had me sign the purchase agreement, Melissa immediately started working on my case (lighting fast). With the hundreds of questions, I asked Melissa she was calm, cool, very patient, and answered all my questions with ease. With subsequent phone calls on a million more questions, Melissa was available extremely considerate of me being a first-time home buyer and answered anything I threw at her. Melissa was even there for me on her birthday. She was knowledgeable and I could tell from the sound from her voice she wanted this purchase to happen as bad as I did. When Morgan began to handle my case, her voice was respectful, outstandingly courteous, and refreshingly understanding. As with any mortgage process paperwork requested can be overwhelming and sometime scary for a first-time home buyer. Morgan put me at ease, she took the time to explain what was needed and why. Every time I talked to her, I was impressed about her knowledge, professionalism, and what I appreciated the most was her kindness. Again, I felt Morgan wanted me to have this home as bad as I did. I have lived in Florida for the last 12 years since I came home from Iraq. My wife and I have wanted to own a home since the first day we moved to this state. I know in my heart the Melissa and Morgan made this possible for my family. I now own my own home for my young children and their children to grow up in. Melissa and Morgan are the best assets you have at Lennar Mortgage. If there is an award, recognition program, or even customer satisfaction bonuses offered at your company I respectfully request for Melissa and Morgan be considered. These women deserve any positive recognition. I will never forget their kindness which has reflected so wonderfully on Lennar. Lennar has been easy to deal with and any problems have been handled promptly

Lennar is very good with customer service. Highly regarded as one of the best home builders in the nation. Would work with them again.

Although I have only been living in our new Lennar home for about six weeks, so far everything about the home has been great. Even minor (normal) issues have been dealt with quickly after I filed the request via the online service request portal. Bottom line, so far so good.

This is actually my second brand new Lennar home. I decided to downsize. My first experience was definitely wonderful so I came back to the builder I trust. Any concern is addressed right away.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS OK .

I love my home. I love how quickly things get done when you have an issue. Everyone just wants to help and make your experience a good easy happy one. This is my 4th new construction home and I never experienced my AC being used or my toilets being used before i moved in. I believe in preventing issues not having to fix things, and things like tubs not being protected during tile work filling the tub with debris and expecting the tub to come out un damaged is ridiculous. Allowing all the debris to go down the sewer lines and into the air ducts....... All in all everyone works real hard to deliver a beautiful home and I am grateful, I love my Lennar home ... More

Overall a very great experience for me to be part of Cypress Ranch community. Love this location, because of nature preserve & easy accessible to stores, restaurants, schools and many more.

My experience was pleasant. At first I was very concerned bcz of all the YouTube videos I watched but thank God I didn’t have any issues at all. My loan officer was really good and she helped us get through the process with no issues. I am very happy with my experience with Lennar.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and understanding especially since we’re not computer literate. Would be great if there was another method for computer dummies like me. Home is beautiful, personnel have been very accommodating when it comes to our needs.

Truly Amazing experience throughout the entire process

Backyard grass is uneven, but all others concerns are addressed in one month.

The loan office -Rachel was amazing. While the process was long I totally understood why. The team was amazing. While I am still finding small issues here and there, my rep Jon from customer service has been very responsive so that has been great.
