Salesperson was responsive to our request, and found the house plan & lot that fit our needs. Contract was signed using Docusign and pictures were sent periodically on our homes progress. It was built exactly as planned.

This is the second Lennar townhome for me (rented the first one, bought the second). The quality for the price is excellent and I love the fact that lawn maintenance is part of HOA. Also, appliances included is a plus. Very happy with my townhome!

During the process of buying the house all staff was great but costumer care is bad with the warranty stuff.

Better bathroom fixtures and ability to change from standard appliances would help

Sales people were nice Project management are willing to correct any issues immediately We purchased the Hartford model. We love the flow of the home. After being in the house 6 months, my only dislike is the master bathroom. The shower and water room are backed up to the living room wall and everything can be heard when being used. This design flaw could be corrected by switching the sink and lining closet with the shower and water room.

The construction was close to on time. The workers are very hard working. Our hom is beautiful

Responded to issues quickly. Only complaint is the paint job and quality of the paint and there are 2 walls that are not leveled.

Overall great experience with our new Home. Michael took time to make sure everything was fix prior to our closing. Few things still need to be done. But overall my wife and I are very happy with our new Home!!
