We bought a villa in December 2022 and were told that our move in date was late June, but that was changed to late August. For a second time it was changed to late October. We ended up purchasing a slightly larger home for a higher price. This experience put u under a lot of stress, but we are happy in our new home.

Throughout the process I was able to communicate with everyone I needed and the responses were timely.

We are very happy with our home now, but the builders were very sloppy, and we had a lot of cleanup to take care of when we moved in to our place. The grounds in our subdivision are still cluttered with all kinds of construction trash. It is a shame that the company does not take more pride in what is left behind.

Lennar’s model is to build a lot of nice homes quickly. Community well planned and they streamline the process for output. This means no customization and a little less Quality Control than I would like. But, they fix the problems and the price gives you room to go back and customize the things you really want. They even worked with us to change lots mid-process. Overall. We are very happy

The buying experience with Lennar is as one might expect, A large company getting through a lot of detail in a streamlined manner. Some things fall through the cracks and they do a pretty good job of fixing those things. From a buyer’s perspective it seems like having the ability to make changes in the home at an early stage makes the purchase more attractive. Being unable to decide what the end result will be makes the home a cookie cutter product. When you are putting up your life savings it’s hard to understand that a company doesn’t understand that 8 or 10 different homes isn’t enough of a choice in possibilities to make thousands of different personalities happy with their finished product. People have different day to day lives. They want a home that works for them. ... More

Over all my experience has been good. I want to say how good the customer service has been GREAT. Every time I have had an issue the response has been right on. I understand that everything takes time to complete. I am wondering when the fence will be finished so I am able to fence the rest of my yard. My neighbors all have dogs so I am in need of a fence. Communication through the building process could have been better

Despite the short time that we have been living in this new property, some inconveniences have arisen, some already occurred before occupying the residence and others after, the concern on the part of the builder to solve them has been acceptable, although I believe unnecessary delays have occurred that sometimes affect credibility, we understand that working together with third parties is sometimes complicated, so that should be improved, as you wish, thanks

I like the manage , he solve all problem quick and fair

We are happy after two months to be settled in our house - we love it and the issues we had have been addressed and new builds always have minor things to take care of.

Kim , Home Sales Rep provided us an excellent support thru the nine month buying process and her support and services are very much appreciated.

This is my first ever home . My overall experience has been good . Looking forward to what’s to come in the future.

When we moved in there were 15 pages of items to be done in the home whether they be paint or touchups or wall issue or lights. I wish we would’ve had someone review the home before the first walk-through that would’ve saved not only on pages but on things to be done that were left before closing which usually is about five days approximately from the walk-through. Even though we are in a different time where everybody doesn’t come on time I would’ve appreciated a walk-through before my closing that had less pages of things to do . I am still dealing with some issues the response for some of those issues have been great by the Lennar Care team but I still have a couple pending and I closed in June and we are in August now . ... The experience overall was good. A lot of research help me understand the processes of buying a home, before I actually went through the process. Do not inquire about any home without a buyers agent.

Love our home. Overall our experience was pretty smooth. The loan team was great to work with, and our sales rep as well. Closing team was very open and friendly and approachable. Easy going. I will speak of my home experience only. When I did my walk I notice on even doors closet door’s needed adjustment.kitchen cabinets are not self closing looks cheap. Had to add 1 extra light in the guest bathroom was to dark. Kitchen patio-doors. Needed to buy a screen for the doors separate did not come with the doors.. I believe Lennar homes needs improvements ..in for that they get 3 stars .thank you I hope everyone does a walk around before purchasing they home..

communication with builder back and forth is very smooth and friendly

We would have appreciated having choices with the granite and flooring. The painting on the walls and trim were quite sloppy. After all that said, we love our villa with the changes we made. We got a great price and are enjoying the neighborhood.

While the buying experience is great Lennar does not offer the flexibility to make minor changes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Also, master bathroom looks really cheap. Laundry room and appliances i.e., washing machine with auger. Really. I have no problem with customer service. For I pay either these things come standard or Lennar offer to customer if they want them.

Reliable and trustworthy. We can sleep well and worry-Free when we buy from Lennar.

It is a good buy.

Build quality is average. Sales team, lender, title, and insurance were professional but first-time buyers may find their communication rather reactive. Those who’ve bought new builds should find it efficient however. Lender rates weren’t the best but offset by Builder closing incentives.

Unfortunately when we were about to moved in we had some issues that can cause delayed to moved in to our new home two weeks later after the closing day. We had to wait until the installed closet doors, for them to repair the cracked attic door inside the walk in closet, they delivered us dirty, dusty house, incomplete base board in bathroom, stained carpet in walking closet, loose dishwasher, hole behind the fridge.
