It was extremely convenient to have new appliances included with the home such as washer, refrigerator and stove. One downside is not being able to customize home.

Not quite like buying a house off of Amazon in terms of convenience, but just about as close as you can get when dealing with Title, proof of income, etc... Honestly I don't think I could have done better with this one, even after the purchase I have had these guys help out with small fixes, would highly recommend!

Brady was the leader of the building team and he took care of almost everything for the house. He responded to every issue and corrected them all ASAP. Although it’s a lot of issues occurred but I’m glad Brady was there to help. Thank you Brady.

Be sure they finish your house completely before closing

Good experience with the builder but I had issues with the loan officer. Make sure you don’t have any issues with your document prior to closing.

Overall average experience because i am not completely satisfied with kitchen cabinets materials, other stuff and paint.

The entryway needs to be finished and there are no drawers in the bathrooms or medicine cabinets

Overall good and straightforward buying process. Quality of homes is just average. Not that great and not that bad. Most likely a apartment like quality is what you get. Issue solving - awesome. Lennar rocks. They fix the issue at top priority. Overall, recommended.

Very responsive to any problem or issue. Some of the workmanship was excellent and some was not.

The process was definitely easier than I thought it would be. The walk-through allowed my concerns to be addressed quickly before moving in. My only issue was communication about delays in completion. The delays were not told to me until I called to ask and clarify the closing schedule. This caused me to make alternative living arrangements for over a month. But I am very pleased with the team's responsiveness and attention to my service needs and questions. Overall very happy with my new home!

Costumer service is Awsome but some things think could have been done little better in the house

I did not have the opportunity to talk with the builders as my home was already completed when I moved in. I am still trying to get the Survey and pictures for my home which has not been successful as I keep getting the runaround from Lennar. I have pictures of my neighbors homes and survey information but not mine. I was told to take my phone camera and take pictures of my home? It has been 5 months and I cannot do any work on my home until I get this information. So disappointed with Lennar and all the runaround I have been getting.

HOA process is extensive

While I don't love all of the things about Lennar, I will say their response time to issues is amazing. I don't like the fact that after your final walk through, they will address no cosmetic issues. Some things simply aren't seen until you move in. I had an outstanding salesperson and the customer care person is equally terrific. They should fire their painters.

Correction of issues, which were not many, was outstanding.

Overall very happy with the home.but we feel there are things that Lennar could have done to make it better Ali sale person and Shawn Lennar Representative was outstanding in helping us even after we moved in to are new how

I've had a few issues not so much with the house but with the homeowners association. Next to impossible to get anyone to respond. Adam, whom was the first person from Lennar I talked to to get the ball rolling for the buying process has gone way and above in helping resolve my issues with them. Adam deserves the most credit in this home buying process. My walk through guy was awesome as well. Explaining to a T everything about everything. Again he needs an applause.

I was not thrilled with the lending team, but every other aspect has been smooth and helpful.

I loved that everything was included.

Although they are a huge builder, their warranty service made up for any small details that needed attention after we moved in.

The process was stressful because 1 month is not enough to buy the house. The people are kind. The fix was good. I hope that by the end of the year doing great. SS
