We worked remotely with the builder and a local realtor. The overall selling process was smooth. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. The workmanship and timeliness of addressing post-occupancy issues could be improved. Communication between the builder and the owner could also be better. There is still a bit of confusion as to who is responsible for what after the closing. Is it the builder or HOA?

Many things told such as gated community, golf cart friendly fans in all rooms and water views not happening They say they did not promise it their salespeople did.

Pay close attention during your walkthrough. We found many issues including: damaged cabinets, broken tiles, poor paint work, etc. Don’t ask for any deviations from there plan as they are generally not very flexible. Warranty team has been very helpful.

We moved into our house and several things still needed fixing! From painting, fixing a door that wouldn’t close to cabinets that have major cracks in them, under bathroom cabinets that have not been sealed or painted, caulking around one of the toilets to the master shower drain being plugged with debris and wouldn’t drain at all. That took 3 times coming 1 to see what was wrong, the other two times to “snake the drain” before it finally worked. In a nutshell it looked they they just threw it together at the end! We’ve contacted the contractor and site manager numerous times. Some things have been resolved but the cabinets won’t be replaced until March! This is so unacceptable! ... More

The home has a nice floor plan and amenities. However, several customer care items remain incomplete. Customer Care contact is slow to respond.

Low quality materials and half of the stuff we pointed out on the first walk through weren’t fixed .

I like where I live now, but the workmanship is horrible. It’s taken forever to the job done correctly. They rush you into closing with 9 pages of work that has to be done .

The home buying process was great! Ashely was AMAZING!!! She was there for us throughout the entire process. As for the builder Lennar, they make BEAUTIFUL homes/layouts. However, because they're rushing to complete everything, they're half-assing important details. We've had MULTIPLE issues since before closing and well after closing. Issues from electrical to appliances to sod to plumbing, to name a few. I don't think it's Lennar's fault, however, they're not overseeing that these things are in proper working condition prior to closing. No one should have to close and then have to deal with these issues weeks or months after moving in. We literally have spent the first 4 weeks after closing trying to get things fixed. It's frustrating. And when an order is placed on their site, it either takes time for them to get back to you or you as the homeowner need to contact either the plumbing, electrical. appliancce companies. I had a great expectations based on the previous reviews from the homebuyers, team and support was great but the carpentry was no where near the expectation, hope they change the carpenter or ask the team to improve the work and get the things done perfectly rather than going with a workaround fixes. There are a lot of places where we can't see unless if we bend, those are the places where they wantedly skip the work or if it is done, that is just a work around! I have raised a lot of carpentry request post moving in, its been more than a month, there are no fixes applied yet!

The paint job mostly on the inside of the home was the worst I ever experienced. There are whole strips of wall not painted. They missed along the base boards, corners and doors. I tried to get it touched up by they still did a sloppy job missing most areas. During the walk through the Lennar rep used blue painter tape to also mark missed areas. It appears the painters just took down the blue tape and didn't touch up all missed spots. Every neighbor has complied about the interior painting. Even your own reps said it was poor. But they had no control of the painters, it was common knowledge how poor the painters were. Very frustrating. Also, the open shower enclosure just floods the bathroom. Poor design. There are no Bathroom Accessories so I had to buy all of the items in the two Bathrooms after the sale. Also, the Warranty people have been slow to repair a water leak. It was reported 6 weeks ago and still has not been resolved.

I'm having a difficult time giving a great review due to some of the issues that, we are going through. Poor craftsmanship, bad painting, bad sod, and the list goes on. I had a better experience in Nevada in 2009 when I purchased my first home from Lennar. Sorry they need to hire better professionals.

Day of closing home was not ready, all the issues get transferred to Home Warranty, it takes a long time and you buy a new home with things damaged or not finished and now you have to take care of it, make the calls then wait for a video call, then take time off work. I expected to have my home ready but sadly it was not, promised things were going to get done before we came back from our closing and it was not done. The people that work for Lennar are very nice but they are overwhelmed and over worked.

Our realtor was fantastic and was the best part of the experience. She sent us pictures and kept us updated throughout the process. However the attention to detail was not as fantastic. Paint on the tiles, appliances not hooked up, missing ceiling fan because they just “forgot “ to install and no bath mirrors. I definitely think more attention to detail is important. They did correct the issues we had over the first 3 weeks it just takes a lot of phone calls and time.

Love walking in my house. The view outside my glass sliding door is enchanting. I see water. Trees, and sometimes birds.

Builder rushes to get houses completed. Many items were missed in the house and still waiting 2 months for items to get replaced and/or installed. Construction workers are slobs & don't care if they dump garbage everywhere or block your home.

The communities Lennar is building are beautiful, just don't expect top of the line materials such as paint, appliances and craftsmanship in EVERY community.

With the limited choices the builder provides when selecting your home, you would expect minimal issues at Move in. This is not the case. Doors are not hung straight. Appliances are junk, but you are not allowed to upgrade. Paver entrances & driveways are splattered with paint, with no follow-up to pressure clean them for you. While I could go on, if the Builder had a Process of Inspecting a Home and correcting obvious issues prior to Closing, they would earn 5 stars from their Buyers.

A nice over all experience. A bit disappointing on quality of materials and hardware. Quality of workmanship could be improved.

Lennar is a massive homebuilder. Given the current housing market situation in Florida, my wife and I are more than pleased with our purchase and price point. Just go into the process knowing that all the finishes and custom touches you like will likely not be added in the price. All the major areas of construction is of good build quality.

New home consultant and Loan officer was very helpful in my home buying process. They really went above and beyond.

It's a brand new house which is nice. Materials used are very low end. Quality of products could definitely be better. Workmanship also could be better. Lots of debris, construction material, paint droppings, etc left behind.

The purchase price is reasonable. Overall, it's a good experience.
