Builder lacks an eye for details. For example, the concrete pad for the air conditioner is at about a 15 degree tilt with chipped corners. The dishwasher is no doubt the cheapest on the market and has leaked since day one. The garage floor and front porch were covered in drywall mud splatter and paint.

The Lennar Team was outstanding during the process. My consultant was excellent and bridged the gap with the out if state home buying experience. The process was tailored and streamlined. However, the craftsmanship of the home was was less than my expectation. There were several defects in the details of the home. I had many service calls for the hot water heater after 4 attempts it was finally corrected. The overall construction of the home meets my expectations so far. However the details were subpar. I’m not pleased that the home warranty is only 1 year.

Our home consultant was really helpful. Overall we are happy with our new home but it was unfinished when we received the keys. It has taken time but they are responding to our request.

Our rep Amanda is gone. No informatuon was given of who to contact. No paint was left for the touch ups. Big issues as we cant find the same paint. Sherwin-Williams would not have the paint till maybe may 2022. Facet was broken. We moved 7 months . We were told wear and tear. Will not get it fix

The experience getting into the home wasn't so bad but when we got in there issues started happening like paint peeling stucco peeling and a dip in the floor only after a month put in ticket requests 3 times sent pics and haven't heard back about anything somebody reached out to offer some discounts and a screen door but the issues never got fix so my rating started out a 9 when we moved in but has gone down because nobody has gotten back to me about repairs.

I'm a little biased against Lennar, who has always been a very good home builder, because my HVAC within the home is inadequate. After the "missing insulation" was installed, the excessive heat was better but the unit(s) still do not meet demand. All ASHRAE standards and calculations clearly indicate that the tonnage is well below what is needed for this (size) home. Lennar staff blamed the County and others for their equipment selections/design. I've filed the initial claim and will continue to monitor and document. Very disappointed.

I just wish they would have put more effort into making the houses perfect.

Overall a good experience. Some details left behind, we are fixing it since are not major. The grass in the back isdamaged and still no replacement after two months. The value is in line with the product received. I'll buy again from Lennar, but will avoid these mid range properties.

As of right now the only thing I’m not happy with is the matting under the carpet it doesn’t feel even under your feet. And when I’m there full time in July I’m going to issue a repair or replace ticket. But other than that I love the home.

Be sure and double check the paint job

Certain promises were made and kept, others were not.

My home still does not have a front door lock. My construction manager told us he ordered the lock a day after we closed on October 21, 2024 and told us he would have it in two weeks. It is now December 12th and the construction manager does not return my calls. He has our garage door opener which he was supposed to use to open the house to install the lock so I will need it back or a replacement. This whole experience is unprofessional!

Sadly, our issues that were in our walk through were not resolved yet and we have been living in the house for almost 2 months. We put so much money into buying this home it's sad we can't get stuff addressed in a timely manner.

Appliances are bottom line quality. Too many web sites. Should be one portl with one usr Id and password. Too many regulations. Why do I have to pay an application fee after a project is approved. Not very responsive to some issues. Construction manager and staff make promises and take too long, if at all, to respond.

Purchase this model only for because of the layout and having my mom close. Excellent floor plan. Quality of work and materials used could be better. Compromise only for floorplan layout and lot size.

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of materials and labor . I bought this Townhome because' Lennar' was the builder. Ryan Homes has comparable prices and locations but I chose this because Lennar had such a good name in the building industry. My other home here in FL was not a Lennar but my dad's home, built 2003, is Lennar and the quality of his home is excellent, I would NOT recommend Lennar to anyone these days. They do not build anything. They sub it all out and the contractors get paid for the job, not the quality of the work. -- Granite countertop seems are very obvious. -- Cheapest CERAMIC tile you can buy .. but when I asked b4 i bought, they weren't sure if it was porcelain or not. -- Shower rod fell during first shower. -- Kitchen corner cabinets have no top so grease and dirt fall to the base of it .. they should have put no bottom then, at least it would be able to be cleaned.. etc, etc. Just cheap materials used , lazy contractors, every corner cut to save a dollar ... ... More

The closing experience they have it on point, but responsiveness to issues is a failure. Still waiting on stuff from the exemption list to be fixed. Every time they say they are coming they just waste my time because they don’t show up and the response is just ohh well.

Lennar makes the home buying experience easy. However, after moving in to my new home, I discovered that it seems like hired contactors do not pay attention to details. Poor paint job....drips everywhere.
