Horrible craftsmanship for an upscale home it sucks for a 2600 sq ft home they screw the home owner and put in a 3 ton ac unit left exposed molding in kitchen cheapest kitchen upscale home my rear end biggest mistake I ever made buying from this builder the yard floods when it rains garage floor is already cracking I’m tired of typing you get the idea stay away

I would like to have gotten the same quality of workmanship that was in the model home. I'm sorry to say that didn't happen and even though they made many many promises to make things right, I know that it won't happen. They only make money by building new homes, not by fixing their mistakes. It makes me sad to know that the quality is not getting any better and they really don't care.

Lennar was a great builder back in the day. The process was lengthy but that was expected. The wall paint is awful. The trim needs work and no one fixed the issues, which is unacceptable. No one will fix the issue since me and my wife signed the dotted line. Lennar knew of the issues. Tiles are not correct, the floor squeaks and they say it was done correctly. The rug isn't professional. My feet sink in the carpet to where I feel the hard floor. The lights on the ceiling fell and this is a new build, nothing should be giving me issues. Megan is the best she processed my loan other than her my experience the 2nd home purchase with Lennar was horrible he closing walk thru along with the new home orientation things were requested to be fixed and here we are o we a mother in our home and things are just being attempted to be fixed I would never buy form lennar again and hey forced a $10k on me for granite only in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances with I had no option on never again!

Forced into closing before house was completed or move in ready, over 1 month in and still having basic items needing completed or fixed. Poor craftsmanship on several items. Floor not level, sinks not mounted to wall, held up with only caulk, cabinets and drawers not completed, exterior and interior paint not completed or patchy, terrible cement sealing in garage. I’m very happy with the sales person he was super professional and helpful. Sales person was amazing but I am very disappointed with the contractor or who is in charge of the construction A lot of work was not done on the closing date of property and still not fix after almost 2 months for example,A few wall in the house have to be fix, plumbing part, painting still not done, few lights at the hall of the house still not installed.

The house has too many issues and it is taking too long to resolve them. It was not worth it to pay so much many for a hoy with a very poor workmanship. It has been five months since the closing and stood Lennar hasn’t fixed all the many things wrong in the house.

There were several issues with our home upon move in which we were told would be taken care of. We had to continuously contact customer care and the construction manager to complete tasks that were not completed as promised. We had a ticket opened due to a cracked cabinet and back splash prior to closing date. The ticket was closed without being addressed or us being contacted. I had to continously reach out to customer care to figure out why the ticket was closed without the work being completed and they weren't able to tell me who closed the ticket or why. I purchased a new built and was promised during closing if there is any problem we will be out to fix it. A lot of below standards. 2 months in cabinets are falling off and apparently it’s a problem in the entire neighborhood along with drainage issues around the houses. No one wants to properly fix anything of or it takes months to get someone to come out to the house.

finishing of corner areas and fine points sub-standard. shower had to be re-caulked after a few months. bath tub is noticably not square. i measured it 1/2" off. the dividing wall between shower and tub is also crooked. noticable gaps between floor and bathroom cabinets. I was promised warranty work on my house and they even dropped off the materials. While the house next to me was getting constructed they got stucco on my house and they didn’t fix it. Greg the Knowologest was amazing. He got everything fixed for me and called me the next day. The new knowologest took over and is horrible. Before Greg let he said the GC would fix the paint and the GC never did. No the new knowologest said he not going to fix it. Very frustrating with the process and arduous data requirements. Although the staff was helpful they seem to be hindered by rules that are arbitrary and rigid. In the past 15 years we have purchased several properties and with a credit ratings above 850 we had to do the preponderance of work where in other loan companies we do very little of that.

I found it extremely frustrating that the walk thru time is dictated by lennar and not the buyer. I asked them to send me a calendar invite and was told " we don't do that". My experience with david weeklyvwas amazing and they worked with the buyer. Lennar has a very military like feel to the home buying experience. The house itself is nice and a good value for the money. The process of buying the house from the mortgage lender all the way through the celebration and acceptance had MUCH to be desired. Issues riddled throughout the entire process. Warranty claims had to be reopened because they were incorrectly denied. The road noise from w.lake bld. Should have been disclosed. This is a heavily traveled drag strip.the plastic fence does nothing for roads noise. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase here. Also wasn’t disclosed that we don’t own the club house.

Closing on the house was a stressful situation in itself. I've had several issues inside and outside of my house to include quality of craftsmanship and quality of material. My door frame has been split since before moving in but I could not see due to the builder painting over the split in the frame until recently due to opening/closing the door on a regular basis and the paint wearing off. The drainage in the yard has been an ongoing since I moved in.

What a stressfull experience!

My bad experience was with Lennar Mortgage. With proof of employment, excellent credit and a generous down payment, they were not able to past the fact that my employer would not provide proof of remote employment. It was so frustrating that I paid cash for the house just not to have to deal with them. As far as the workmanship - overall, the house is fine but there are a list of issues where they just got lazy and did not check their own work.
