One of the most appealing aspects of this location and villa model was that the open layout and design were just about what I would have picked for a custom build. Lennar's team made this process fairly painless and helped ease my mind in the midst of a crazy real estate market. The communication was excellent, and the house was ready on time!

From signing purchase contract to walkthrough, closing were very smooth. Lennar even provide homeowner insurance service! So far, no any warrenty issues. Love it!

Overall I am now happy with my home, but it took a while to get there. The builder did not finish things that were promised to me at my final walk-through for closing date, and it has taken a very long time to get those things completed. The office staff at my community was great to work with, but I was not as happy with the building process.

I wish I had not bought a lennar house it has really bad workman's and very cheap materials.

I have worked with several other builders and this home buying experience with Lennar by far is the worst. Builder rushed closing when the house was technically not ready. Lots of issues were promised to be fixed by move-in and ended up taking over months. Severe plumbing issues were found and quality of workmanship and materials is way below standard. I will never buy another house from Lennar again.

Push to close to make quotas. Over two hours rate at title office. During final walk through the home was not ready.

It had been 20 years since I bought a house. The process was simple and they were very helpful. Getting all the paperwork together was the most stressful part but again the staff was very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with!

I didn’t have the experience I was expecting. Very poor work quality, materials are not the best, paint was horrible, etc.

The house has too many issues and it is taking too long to resolve them. It was not worth it to pay so much many for a hoy with a very poor workmanship. It has been five months since the closing and stood Lennar hasn’t fixed all the many things wrong in the house.

The communication can definitely be better all around. I constantly had to reach out for things and do my own follows ups. One of our first walkthroughs i scheduled to have a home inspector come in. He was barely able to do his job the A/C unit was not hooked up. The only appliance that was plugged in for testing was the refrigerator. Those were one of the biggest things. I scheduled in advance for the inspector to come 1 week before the walkthrough and got the ok. I let the construction manager know that if things were not going to be ready for walkthrough they should have let me know so I could have rescheduled the inspector. When closing day did come communication between the tittle company and our loan officer was ridiculous. The title company provided us a time to get there we did and had to wait and wait. Between waiting for them to get the documents they say never received signing the documents it took about 3 hours. Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive. Horrible service and worst process I’ve ever been through while buying a home

our project manager (Robbie )was fantastic in every step of the building process of keeping us informed and the build was completed ahead of schedule

They build their houses fast and rely on the fact you have a 1 year warranty to fix the things they messed up on. That is only the things you find. The workers try to cover up mistakes even when some are obviously wrong. POOR integrity on the workers and PM building the house.

As soon as I moved in, a huge leak occurred in the master bedroom shower that caused a lot of damage and the response from Lennar customer service was horrific! The workmanship is terrible it looks like they just cut as many corners as they could. The paint job is horrible, it looks like they did one coat of paint and didn’t do it well you can see white spots everywhere. All of the toilet paper holders and towel holders are loose it looks like they drilled holes bigger than the anchors and just left it like that! The houses are so tight next to each other you can’t even get in and out of your house without almost hitting your neighbors cars. I am extremely disappointed with this builder! ... More

The property was not ready on time, because of supplies difficulties and the pandemic. Lennar always updated on the time delivery and after 2 months of original date I have the Closing. My agent and Construction Manager kept me informed and updated. It was great experience.

I think when you advertise everything included in should be that way. House did not include a door bell (not even the pre wiring). And cable outlets only on Living room & Master bedroom, now have to pay and have some one crawling in my attic to get that done. It could have been done on construction so easy .Also front garage and back light excluded. Not even pre wired at least. I believe these are basic stuff you expect from a home, new or old. Would have given up that basic washing machine I traded anyway and those ceiling fans to get that. Hope someone really considers this. That's the only thing I cant say 100% satisfied. Other than that Lennar homes are quality constructed. Kudos on that they fix issues from warranty hazel free. ... More
