Josh (onsite project coordinator) was helpful. Finance team had way too many people and handoffs. We had to submit the same documents multiple times. Also, our closing date was mixed up due to all of the different players. The house was significantly cheaper than other builders in the neighborhood. However, you get what you pay for. It's like we purchased a brand new Fixer-Upper with all of the modifications and upgrades we are having to make.

The process was easy. The entire team was responsive and professional every step of the way,even after closing.

The purchasing experience was smooth and organized. My only issue is the amount of registering required for each Mirada association after purchase. This is my second Lennar home. I would recommend Lennar if you are looking to purchase a new home.

No problem with my home

We went from we’re just taking a look at an open house to unexpectedly buying a new construction home. For years we had been eyeing Medley homes for when the time was right. Then we met with Joe and we went over all the incentives and before you knew it we were putting a down payment. The entire purchasing process went incredibly smooth. Everything was transparent and amazing communication from everyone involved. We used Lennar Mortgage and title and it was all seamless. Be make sure to have a good Lender that will help you out through the process. Steve the first lender we had from Lennar quits on us. and I feel that he didn’t do his best to help us get the house. the 2nd lender we had outside Lennar was one of the best and she helped us get our dream home. But whatever happened Lennar still one of the good builders I know.

This is my second Lennar purchase. The actual home buying experience was Rocki, and there was turnover in the personnel that I worked with that complicated the situation. Ultimately, we were able to resolve all of the hiccups and closed. The folks at Lennar Title were very pleasant and responsive. The Lennar mortgage team was more hit and miss. I did not feel that the homebuyer orientation covered everything that it should have, but I’m happily settling in. And generally pleased with the purchase.

Entire purchase experience was miserable.

The finance people, and sales person was awesome. The concierge person seemed a bit unorganized or lost. Wasn't told to switch sprinklers and ended up with a water bill of $2,000. Many blue tape items were not addressed.

The initial buying experience was great, Phil and Jennifer did a great job getting me looked after. There were several issues with the features of the house that I was nit happy at all with unknown to myself or the sales department.

It will be great when the pool and all of the construction, including the park across the street, are completed.

My experience with buying a home with Lennar was amazing. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patients and always ready help. The home was delivered on time and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a new home

Customer service has been excellent so far, and the walkthroughs with the builder representatives were extremely helpful. The level of some items are low grade and it would have been nice to be able to upgrade. For instance, the cabinets are cheap and don’t even have soft close hinges and drawer slides. The washer and dryer must be the most basic models and are very loud. The blown-in insulation in the attic appears to possibly be lacking. There is none over the garage. The darker color of the garage doors are nice, but they soak up heat from the Sun and turn the garage into an oven. The paver driveways are very nice but also too narrow. ... More

All in all our experience was not too bad was very disappointed that the sales person did not tell us of another property same model that was available because she didn’t think we’d want to be on a corner lot. I only found out because I looked at the on line map on the availability and noticed that there was a corner unit available for less than what we were going to pay!

While initially the salesperson at the development seemed professional and caring about our needs, as soon as a purchase contract was signed they were no where to be found. The followup from our concierge and construction manager were horrible. Felt completely as though we we a number, used only to get Lennars quarterly revenue booked and after that just dismissed. I wouldn't do it again.

Overall good experience, good communication and great people from the realtor, mortgage broker to the title company.

Lennar made our home buying experience excellent. Starting from Ms. Selisha to the rest of the staff. Would recommend Lennar homes to any home hunting families.

Unfortunately day3 of moving in I had a leak that caused the spare room to have to have the carpet removed and the wall. It only has been a month and a half and I still have a dirty makeshift cover in my bedroom for the contractors which is ripped. I had to have multiple attempts for them to figure out the sewage issue. It wasn’t until I left a review that Bayonet the contractor they use actually did something. My next problem is my AC it’s only cooling on one side of the house. However, I had to please the insatiable underwriter when trying to purchase for then to not be able to use my toilet on day 3. Lived everything throughout the entire process and would recommend Lennar and company to anyone!

Be aware that all drawers in the Bathrooms are Fake and do not open. We didn’t bother opening during our first initial showing and just assumed they would open. When brought to their attention during our walk through before closing, the construction manager refused to change out. Great value for the most part!!

While the financing process had its challenges, the personal experience of working with the team was positive. However, it seemed that the sales department was somewhat misleading regarding the selection and purchase of the home. They were quite insistent that the prices of other homes would be significantly higher than the existing one, possibly to meet their sales goals. I would advise future homeowners to conduct a thorough inspection of their house before signing any contracts. During our cleaning, we discovered overspray on the glass doors, windows, and countertops, as well as some cracked cabinets and leaking plumbing drains. On a positive note, the neighborhood is very beautiful, and the friendly neighbors help ease some of these concerns. ... More
