My family has a great jome buying experience. We did have to wait over 3 months to move in due to it was being built but that was expected. So far we are loving our new home.

Everything was included in the price of the home making it less stressful during the process.

My experience buying my new home was very good. With phone calls and emails, everything went through. I started the process on October 1st by seeing the house and on October 29th buying it. I scanned all the things they needed from me and that was it. I am so happy with my new home. The opportunity that Lennar give us by having a nice home is incredible. Everything is nice and very thoughtful of our needs and desires that we will like in a home. Thank you Lennar for giving me the opportunity to have my new home!❤️

Overall, our home is wonderful. However, it has been difficult to get in contact with our liaison regarding issues. We have had minor issues with plumbing and A/C but have been able to apply them to our home warranty which was helpful.

Lennar’s townhouses in Mirada are modern, spacious, and come with great home features. The community is beautiful, especially with the lagoon and convenient location. We had a few minor issues after closing, but Lennar’s warranty team handled them quickly. Overall, a great place to live and an excellent investment.

Everything went good like it supposed to be

Be make sure to have a good Lender that will help you out through the process. Steve the first lender we had from Lennar quits on us. and I feel that he didn’t do his best to help us get the house. the 2nd lender we had outside Lennar was one of the best and she helped us get our dream home. But whatever happened Lennar still one of the good builders I know.

Be aware that all drawers in the Bathrooms are Fake and do not open. We didn’t bother opening during our first initial showing and just assumed they would open. When brought to their attention during our walk through before closing, the construction manager refused to change out. Great value for the most part!!

After 8 years of apartment living...and with the uncertainty of future rent costs, we decided to see what was available in our price range. We found exactly what we needed on our first visit to Mirada. 36 days later, we moved in to our spacious, no outside maintenance home. Thanks for helping us secure our future.
