Everything was easy, from the home buying experience to the closing. The staff at the title company were phenoms!

The experience buying the home was fine. Although you must know how to navigate the Internet and how to upload and download files. The home is OK for the price. The neighborhood is already having a good experience in our lives. We're going to enjoy living here very much. Having four HOA's is a bit much to handle. I hope we can afford them in the future.

This home purchase was a very good experience for me. From the salesman Mike to the Loan officer Joel, everyone did an awesome job and everything went smoothly. I’m truly impressed with this experience.

I am very happy with the experience. The primary difficulties I struggled with, all were technology related. I worked a career that did not include much computer work, effectively none. Everything about this process required me to do something on a new app, or website. I don't even own a computer and that has made the process challenging. Plenty of help is available, but when you aren't familiar, the help is often difficult to follow. If you're in my situation, don't shy away, just be prepared. They will get you through it. It was easy smooth and very nice people to work with

Easy to work with. Liked the timely delivery and response to my inquiries and status updates. Great thing is it has everything and ready to move in except couple of minor things like Water softener loop and shower glass door.

The mortgage process was a breeze. Joel and his partner Jodi made it seamless, fun, and speedy. It was wonderful to work with their personalities are a breath of fresh air. I am also impressed by the way Lennar is managing my complaints. I am adding Josh in Customer Care to my list for being expedient, concerned, and attentive.

The process was smooth and Olie ,as well as all the people in the process, explained each step well.

I like the fact that everything was included in purchase price and they paid for closing costs

The whole buying and closing process is simple and quick, with good pricing for a new Lennar home. The sales rep Carlos was very good!

The warranty team and the construction manager are trustworthy. Everything that they said the would do they did.

The entire process from start to finish and close was amazing. All the woman in the front office and back office just amazing too. Love our new home and neighborhood.

Sales staff was great mortgage and insurance. People were great title company was great. We were a little disappointed with some of the things that they’ve cut to save money this is our third Lennar home and we can see that they’ve cut out a lot of things that they used to give like towel and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and complete white paint on the inside instead of the two tone colors that they used to use and they didn’t give any touchup Paint for future touchup other than that. Everyone that we dealt with in person was very good. In all, it was a good experience

We had an easy process. No issues with the home this far. Our sales associate Jennifer, kept us abreast of all that was going on with the build. She even sent weekly photos of the progress. We are very pleased with our purchase!

The construction manager was amazing and the home inspector was extremely thorough. The closing process was quick and Lennar has responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had.

Our Construction Manager, Angel, took such good care of us, addressing AlL of our concerns.

Sales people do bare minimum and take in the earnings. I advise to get any promises in writing from them. Simple gestures were not followed up with. As simple as putting up an Occupied sign. The finance team is phenomenal. Answered questions and kept promises on deadlines. Joel and his team were outstanding.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. We were From Michigan so our walk through was great as our Realtor was able to attend on our behalf and see the property virtually. All the staff from beginning to end were amazing even the building supervisor and the person who helped us when we notice small issues in our home when we moved in. I have heard some horrible stories about Lennar but our experience was great and i would highly recommend them ... More

So far the experience has been great. There have been some adjustments to my villa but the Lennar team has been responsive, helpful and friendly. I’ve lived in a Lennar built condo before and know the construction was excellent for that time(40 years ago). Special kudos to Russell, Jamie and Bill. They try so hard to be accommodating and I really appreciate it.

They built what they said they were going to build. We had a pre-dry wall inspection completed and Lennar got high marks on that. The have a pre-close inspection and while there were several (minor) and mostly cosmetic items to fix, they were very responsive in getting these items fixed before we closed, a week or so later. I give them a B+ / A- overall.
