Lennar is a good company. I think they hire some contractor workers who rush through these homes so for my experience, I had a lot of issues that I felt if they took their time building the home instead of rushing, some of the stuff wouldn’t have to be done over. Now, I love the fact, that when I have called for help on any issues in my home that needs immediate attention, they are quick and responsive and get people out here to fix exactly what you need. Jennifer & Chad have been the most supportive since the day I moved in with helping me get items done. From my new home orientation list and any issues since I’ve moved in, they have been awesome, Ms. Denise is the best sales consultant I’ve ever met. She does exactly what she say she is going to do and she make sure from the time you get your Lot until closing day, she goes above and beyond to help you. I purchased the home while living in Colorado. The builders on site were responsive in interacting with my brother to address anything during the walk through and final turnover

For the most part my experience was excellent, and I appreciate Hunter Hadley’s assistance in trying to have issues corrected. He was the only person I dealt with any of these issues, so I really can’t rate anyone else with Lennar regarding my home purchasing experience.

Steve was amazing through out this home buying experience. Great all around person! The responsiveness was always prompt. The home has been great and the neighborhood peaceful. Some of the areas around the home have been disheartening. I have glue on the floors in several threshold that won’t come up and scratches on the floor tiles unrelated to moving as no furniture was moved into the bathrooms. Paint imperfections exist throughout the house. I expected better appliances/fixtures for the money paid for the home.

Mortgage/ home buying process was great. Did have some issues upon moving in that I am having issues getting resolved.

Love the design. Lennar should Pay more attention to details. Sales office very helpful.

I absolutely love my home. As the house settle I am starting to see a lot of things that needs to be repaired. When I put a request in for service the customer rep responds in an appropriate time frame but the contractor takes for ever to come out and fix the issue. I have been in my home now for about 45 days and it is a little frustrating to have to constantly reach out to customer service to send someone in to correct the issue. I paid to much money not to have quality workmanship.

Great floorplan and love the house but materials and subcontractors Lennar uses are mediocre at best,

my out side garage lites have not worked since i moved in six months ago when are they going to come and solve the problem.

Make sure you understand once you move in, their attitude changes and not for the good!

The builder did a good job in making these homes very attractive, although there are some quality issues concerning safety that are disturbing, I am enjoying my new home while waiting for these issues to be resolved.

So far its been very professionally ran and I'm happy with my purchase.

Wonderful home buying experience. Everything was easy and explained well

I had a two time ill experience with Summer who was processing my loan. Overall, my experience with Lennar was smooth and everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional except Summer. A document was requested of me which I could not obtain because nothing existed from the government site I was told to obtain it from. Because of the current climate in the government, I could not reach a person to help me secure a notification. Unfortunately, when I try to explain this this summer several times she was condescending and let her frustration come out in her tone with me. At some point, my interaction was with her manager/ream lead contacted me and he was much more professional and no condescending. This happened without me even saying anything. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but that put a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that again, my experience was a good one. ... More
