Good communication, save on the day of closing my final home walkthrough was scheduled at 9:30a and closing was scheduled at 10:00am. The locations were 45 min apart, so I missed my final walkthrough.

Good value for the price - beautiful clubhouse & facility.

My experience with Lennar went smooth. At your walk through look closely at everything, turn the water on, look at the glass windows on garage door and even check out the air conditioner. The quality of this home is good but I would change some of the design for instance in master bedroom I would put toilet closer to the bedroom.

Overall, we've had a good experience with the home buying experience. Responses from all the different teams - construction, support, mortgage department and closing have all been good. I do understand that the materials used with the brand are finalized by the builder based on certain criteria and standards but for the cost incurred, we felt that the quality of some of the materials used could have been better. ex: blinds - could use a more modern remote controlled blind, small pieces of concrete chipped off at the entrance of the garage (where the door meets the floor). The documentation logistics have all been smooth and things went pretty well aligned with the timeline. The property was ready for move in as per the promised date. Hopefully, our relationship with Lennar will be a pleasant one moving forward as well and I will be happy to work with them again ! ... More

The construction managers did a good job of staying on top of construction issues. They seemed friendly and genuinely concerned to make accommodations as they arose. Some of the subcontractors could take better care during cleanup. Routinely finding trash in the yard is not fun. I am disappointed with Lennar's choice of Beacon Management as the HOA service. A $625 initiation fee plus $625 yearly seems excessive for a community with no amenities. They are difficult to reach by phone. They charged a "transfer letter" fee at closing even though it was new construction. They also charge an extra $100 dollars just to look at your landscaping plans if you want to build a fence. I've never experienced an HOA that operates this way. ... More

The entire process was easier than I had anticipated. The only part that was frustrating was the request for verification. Many times I would send in what was requested as they were requested and I would be asked to send it in again and again!

The process went very smoothly I was kept informed at all times Whenever I had a concern it was addressed in a timely manner . My only concern was that as a senior citizen the virtual challenges we faced was not taken into consideration, which caused some frustration

My home buyers experience was above my expectations. This was my 3rd time purchasing a home and it went very smoothly. My loan officer and my loan processor was exceptional. The only process that could have went better was my orientation and walk through. I felt like it was rushed because I had my closing on the same day, but all in all it the whole process was great! I have to especially thank my loan processor, she needs a promotion.

My new home consultant. Shawna, was absolutely phenomenal! Shawna went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. Knowledgeable. courteous and kind. Shawna made my first time home buyers experience one to remember. Thank you Shawna.

Overall the house was well built. I found some imperfections in the details to which I got a response of “within the tolerance” or “built to code”. My biggest disappointment is not getting a stoop. I have a cover, but, the stairs were an afterthought because the designers didn’t contemplate the elevation. They go all the way to the front door unlike the vast majority of the homes in neighborhood. I like the included security elements that made me feel safe from the moment I moved in. Despite the imperfections, I am very happy with my new home.

Sales agent Eric is very good and accommodating. Construction manager Nick is very accommodating as well. Quality of materials are ok. The bathroom materials are ok, not tiles. Small things to be sorted all through.

Overall we had a good buying experience. The home consultants were very friendly as well as the builders and their staff. Everyone was very responsive when we reached out for any issues before and when we initially moved in. I only wish that we had the option to pay for add on’s such as a deck or porch or basement.

You get what’s listed in the inventory. Other companies charge extra for everything beyond the a basics.

Overall a good experience and we love the size and plan of the townhome. Sales and finance teams from Lennar were outstanding! Construction team delivered on-time but there are some differences from other builders to be aware of such as no semi-gloss paints in wet areas. Also no bathroom hardware provided, and no option for appliances or colored accent walls. I mention these as it makes the home not exactly move-in ready so plan accordingly. Little things like counters, tile, and wood decks aren’t sealed by builder so be prepped to do those as well. Soundproofing between units is acceptable but not as isolated as we’ve experienced with TM. So far warranty has been responsive, no complaints there. Sale was very organized and carried out well.

Everything mostly went well and on schedule. We were not able to choose some options but we managed

Everything was completed as cheap as possible. Wouldn't even give you paint to touch up spots missed.

Evan and Justin did a great job making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The sales rep was not very appreciative of our business. A simple "thank you" goes a long ways.

I love the design of Lennar homes. They are spacious and well built for everyday living.

The builder are attentive to detail. Great subdivision. Only thing that is missing are the amenities.

We have been through several home purchases and this was one of the easiest. Good job all around!!

The builder workers are good help.

Mark has done a very good job making repairs and has done what ask of him. Very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Jerry was brought in to help with repairs and he too was very good at helping to complete the tasks that were ask. Michelle has been very helpful with answering questions and Diane was outstanding at arranging our mortgage.

We've been in the house now for 90 days and have not yet had one problem. I think that is amazing. They really worked hard to knock out our punch list prior to moving in. We love it thus far!

Excellent experience but it will require you to stay on top of the building process to reduce errors.
