I have plenty of picture to show the poor craftsmanship put into the construction. Seems like attention to detail was lacking. My wife and I had to wait 3 months past our original closing date with little to no contact from Lennar. We had put our trust totally in Lennar and even went to Lennar Mortgage. As a matter of fact, it was our Mortgage Consultant that informed us that our original closing date of 1/14/22 was not going to be met. We had to scramble to find a place to live till our actual closing 3/25/22. Not only did this create a financial burden to rent, but we lost 1.5% on the ...

Lennar home models and layouts are superb. Also the process was not exhausting with too many choices like other builders do. But quality needs to be improved. Most of the home buyers don't know but I think Lennar cuts on things that customers really don't think of too much during the process which cost more to the customers later on. For example, 1. Not using conduit pipes for wiring 2. Not using standard cans light that are readily available in the market

Joe from Lennar Mortgage, Connie from Lennar Sales and Rob from Warranty are about the only positive thing I can say. They do their job, they care and they work hard. Otherwise,.. We were promised and told even through we were closing 7 weeks early we would have driveways and grass finished, we closed on 4/18 and its June and still not done. The assistant construction manager is rude and belittling and says the actual manager will call and does not call back. I have 3 young kids and a dog and they are unable to play outside and I have to walk my dog on dangerous conditions of rock with ...

Quality of the material are not good. I think it woyld be good if they could have listed the appliances info during the buying time. All appliances are very basic and low quality. Construction quality is also low. The responsiveness for the issues reported is very bad. I would recommend before buying discuss with everything and go for it.

The house it’s too cheap, a lot of small things it’s broken or will be broken short, house for 400k shut cost 200k for that quality

We have been in our home for 4 months. The first three were a nightmare. We had many issues and it was not acceptable. We had our spigot in the garage fixed 4x bc it leaks, and shot out of the wall and flooded our garage, the master shower flooring was not installed good and couldn’t use it the first month bc they had to keep adding foam and it still squeaks. Our mater toilet was leaking and called the emergency number and told it’s not a emergency and to shut water off and they’ll come tomorrow. The smoke detector goes off 10+ Times while you cook. The grass seed they put in has sooo many weeds. Im not sure why, but the grass in the back coming up is mostly weeds, not grass. Lennar gets things done quickly, but with that comes some sacrifices. One of the vents wasn't even cut correctly, so the grate didnt even fit in the hole. They just left it on top and my father in law had to fix it. Theres also paint marks from the black door on the white interior paint, there's caulk on the sliding back door, etc.

For the price range the builder is charging they did not deliver. AC unit is not large enough for house size. The materials used including light switches, carpet, windows, all millwork, shower fixtures, sink fixtures, dishwasher, stairs, toilets, garage door openers and cabinets are all mid to lower level materials, The landscaping that was used was clearly the cheapest plants and trees available. We did not receive any updates until dec 2023 after we signed the property in jul 2023. A proper communication with updates would have helped us understand whats going on.. Also, the biggest blow was when some of the properties in the same community with same sqft were sold for way less price in dec 2023, while our house was not even handed over.. we felt shattered and questioned our decision of booking the house in Jul 2023.. We didn’t love the buying experience. We feel like we were just told what we want to hear when that’s not true. The painter spilled paint all over our drive way that still is there and supposedly will be fixed in the spring. The front porch was supposed to be fixed before we moved in as promised and it was not. A lot of cracks, the paint scratches so easily, wish they wouldn’t have put carpet in the dining room as now we have to remove it.

The homes are average build. The quality of the materials used are subpar. These homes are not forever homes. Please get a good home inspector and ensure Lennar addresses the issues found. The Lennar Mortgage Company is horrendous and just flat out terrible. They are very unorganized and the underwriters are incompetent. The delays to closing are purely on Lennar Mortgage. They do not compensate or accommodate for the delays. IF you decide to buy a Lennar home, just be ready to have a Full-time job going back and forth with them to close on your home.

I say poor workmanship & oversight because so many of the issues are related to an untrained workforce. Simply stupid things: leftover carpet padding kernels under the carpet, so there are chunks of unevenness noticeable when you walk on the carpet in your bare feet; same with subfloor fasteners not set fully that you feel through the carpet; extremely poor caulk quality called out during the walk through, made worse when corrected; garage door track misaligned causing the door to warp; garage door weatherstrip short by 3+ inches; refusal to paint the wood truss portion that is visible in ...

Once our sales rep was no longer involved in the process of our purchase, it was down hill from there. When questions were asked I felt as if I was inconveniencing them, It's been over 2 months since we closed on our home and we're still waiting for someone to register the electric meter with the electric company.

I will start off by saying that this was, and is, the best option for our new home based on the location and certain criteria we wanted. Our salesperson, Connie, was great and genuinely always responsive and we appreciate everything that she did along to make things happen. However, Lennar's website advertised a variety of customization options, but none of those were available (fireplace, sprinkler system, basement bathroom rough in etc.). Not the best experience. The buying process, going through the closing was terrible. Lori and Andrea NEVER answer phones, they’re rude when you ask them questions. I’m glad that the process is over, however I don’t think I’ll ever refer anyone to build a home with Lennar.

It’s very poor quality of the products , doors , windows , flooring , roof ceiling and appliances are very bad , on first week itself leak from ceiling , doors are already showing cracks , cabinets doors are in bad condition , appliances are not great , AC throw is low , stair cases are not properly assembled it’s giving lots of sound , in carpets nails are showing it up , garage door opener is old model not eve.
