I love my house! I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone trying to build. Doug, Pete, Colleen, and Joe were so great and incredibly helpful. My only issue occurred after my home was built. I requested a simple electrical problem to be fixed and it was never done. I got the run around from Ellen and the electrician. Needless to say my problem was never fixed.

Lennar is too slow completing repairs because of their reporting system.

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. Very informative and friendly sales staff.

Awful experience from the rushed closing to dealing with their financing. We almost walked away. Ask around the developments prior to putting down a deposit.

We are still under a year but we need a lot of repairs such as the floor counters are coming off the wall. The trim is not staying attached to the wall

Home. Thing experience was great then we were forgotten about and treated poorly since.

I love they layout of this home, exactly what I dreamed of. Everything else is awful. The quality, materials and workmanship is beyond terrible. Problems with every square inch! Looking into a lawsuit at this time.

We had multiple issues with cracks in the wall as well as the counter tops cracking. The floor not sealing right, the nail gun staples for the carpet poking through the floor. During the new home orientation I felt very rushed when there was multiple issues that needed to be corrected.

From beginning to end, my home purchase was as promised! It was smooth, pleasant and wonderful! The way buying a home should be. The quality of the homes are also outstanding! Lennar lived up to their name!

We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our new home. From selection to construction and completion - everyone was helpful and great to work with. We love our home and are happy to call it our force home.

From incorrect colors and finishes to horrible, dead landscaping and a completely unresponsive contractor, we loved the process but were left with a home that was not exactly what we picked nor what we envisioned.

I love my new home. Lennar had great floor plans and a variety of finishing options both inside and outside the home. Unfortunately there were some issues. Home itself was great. If you end up being a winter build, be ready to go through a maddening spring. If you close on your home in the winter, you do not get a driveway, sidewalk, or sod. This makes sense given the winter conditions. Here comes the fun part, so that Lennar can make its fiscal numbers, once spring comes, they prioritize their monthly closings first and the winter closings go to the bottom of the priority list for sidewalks, driveways, and sod. The have poor communication about this and try to avoid being straight forward about their practices, they just keep saying “soon” when you ask for updates. The end up laying the sod late in the spring and it doesn’t survive, but they don’t care because they checked the box. ... More

The response time to issues is certainly commendable. Within 24 hrs you get an email that they received your request. Fixed &/or replaced items almost immediately. Brian , construction supervisor, is the best. He takes the time to address all issues and makes sure proper departments are notified. When I first moved in he fixed some things himself. Kudos.

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.
