Materials quality is not that great

Make sure to not give lennar builder money. As a deposit is not really a deposit and is non refundable even if they say they will refund it.

Lennar is an average builder in terms of quality of workmanship in my opinion. A large portion of our wood trim is marred, damaged, isn’t smooth, etc…. I expect more on a newly built home at a high price point. They did fix a big sewer issue at the last minute, though reluctantly, but did not want to push out our close date even though we were agreeable to moving out the close date. I’m sure it was the end of the sales quarter and they didn’t want to push that money into another quarter. Overall, the buiider does respond to some repairs needed, and it’s a nice house. But, I expected better quality of workmanship. Do NOT use Lennar Mortgage though! We had the worst experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage company. They have very poor communication and said one of us couldn’t be on the loan because it would be easier that way. Easier for her, but not best for us. They also never really answered questions clearly and had months to get documentation from us that was only requested from us on the actual day of closing. Very unprofessional and unethical. ... They do respond to issues in a timely manner

After the sale service is poor to say the least.

Our overall experience was seamless. Each individual Lenar team member provided superior support. Our only one issue was after putting down earnest money for our home, they wanted to keep it open to the public for open houses. However, we eventually worked it out.

My homebuying experience with Lennar Bridger Pines West was smooth and enjoyable. The sales team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the best floor plan and design options for my needs and budget. They also kept me updated on the progress of the construction and the closing date. The mortgage and title services were also provided by Lennar, which made the process more convenient and efficient. I was able to close on my home in less than two months from the date of contract. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials that Lennar used for my home. The home is well-built, spacious, and energy-efficient. The interior features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring, and crown molding. She is so polite and knowledgeable that five stars are less for her she deserves 10*. she understands everything and assists me so well.Highly recommending Her . I am not much satisfied with the purchase of the house because I was out third buyer but I got the high price compared to now.

Going into this experience I was nervous. However, the Lennar team made me feel welcomed and assured at every step. They didn't rush or pressure me. My new home consultant took the time to explain things I had questions about. When we did the final walk through all details were perfect. I felt supported throughout the home buying process and am 100% satisfied with my new home.

Lennar in IN is a world of difference from Soflo. They maintained a list and addressed all of our concerns prior to the final walkthrough which was a 180 from our Florida experience. Everyonewas exremely helpful, and nice, and knowledgeable. We did not have to mention the same things multiple times, and we didn't have to negotiate to get things done. Very good product in IN.

Everything went well with no struggles. all the staff did great job in getting things done as at when do. No complaint at all.

Everyone was very through during the showing, buying and closing process.

The home was nearly complete when we chose to purchase. At that point we received links to progress along the way, contacts for any questions we might have. The house was completed in a very timely manner with only a few minor findings in the walk through and these were all taken care of quickly. All the people were friendly and helpful the entire way. The community is well planned and has good curb appeal.

Our home buying journey started very well everyone was so nice, enthusiastic and responsive. This was very important as a first time homebuyer as “we didn’t know what we didn’t know.” However once we were committed to the purchase the quality of customer service declined severely. It was very difficult to get ahold of key contacts for questions/concerns. Our realtor had to intervene on several occasions just to get a response. It definitely felt like a bait and switch in terms of care. We were simply happy to get through the process but are thrilled with the home thus far and encouraged by a rave inspection. Outside of the quality of the home, some issues have arisen in the community. The HOA routinely schedules meetings during work hours, there have been unruly renters (we weren’t even aware renters were allowed in the community as this would’ve impacted our decision to purchase), work crews and community members show little to no care for property (walk through/damage yard and grass). ... Our Lennar team was fantastic, throughout the final build process, walk throughs, and purchase they were very professional and responsive. They addressed any concerns quickly and really went the extra mile to make sure every small item on our list was polished up before closing. Patrick and Stash and their teams were so great. Definitely happy with our experience so far.
