Lennar is reliable and i will recommend

Lennar homes are outstanding and the spacious. The design is one of its kind. We get compliments from visitors. There are enough spaces between the Buildings.

Melinda was great as a sales rep. The entire crew, Jordan, Josh, JT et al just the best. If there is an issue, they are ON it quickly. Fair, responsive and responsible.

The sales staff were top notch. They stayed with us through the entire process. Once we moved in, the responses to our issues have been quick and effective.

I loved the team I worked with!

Our biggest issue has been the yard, it was not graded properly. And my ceiling in at least the living room drywall was not done properly. My sales person Lori was great and my contact for repairs Wayne is awesome

Many things had to be redone because of poor quality. Should concentrate on DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

We decided to build after searching all around Indy and other builders. Right from the start you could tell Lennar’s quality of home over others. We loved the 55+ concept! Just starting retirement it’s great to have a new home you don’t have to worry about or a yard to take care of! We can travel whenever the mood strikes us! The sales team sent us weekly updates and pictures of our home being built which was great as we were 3 hours away.

Everyone involved with the purchase and loan process were available and responsive to questions that I had. They kept me informed with regular updates during construction and were prompt to correct any issues that arose after moving in. I have been particularly pleased with the customer service process and the help the representative has provided.

Dawn is AMAZING. She has been consistently professional, responsive, understanding, caring, and thorough. I was going through some serious medical issues during the build and closing, and I feel so supported and valued as a homeowner. Thank you, Dawn!!

We can’t imagine that we could have made a better decision than building a Lennar home in Osborne Trails. While they are not flexible on changes, we have a home we are proud of, and have made it our own.

Purchasing our Lennar home was a great experience. From our first visit with Curtis all the way to closing we were kept informed of the progress on our home. JT and his group were responsive once we moved in and fixed any things that needed attention. I would highly recommend building a home with Lennar.

Everything is included ...Except....No towel rods are installed and no splash blocks are placed outside as water rolls out of the down spouts

It has been a great experience from the very beginning to the end . Our sales person Laura has been wonderful she’s answered every question she’s given great recommendations and even at the very end where there was a hiccup at closing she came in and saved the day. And now Jordan JT and Josh have helped with answering questions about the house and helping with minor things that need to be fixed Josh has been a great resource with technical things as well and even help set up the ring cam which probably would have never been done if it wasn’t for him . We really do appreciate everyone here at Lennar that helped us . The only reason I gave four stars on responsiveness and value is we haven’t lived here long enough to know .I’m sure once we start using the amenities we will see the value and this neighborhood. And on the responsiveness again we’ve not lived here long enough to see how they respond from this point on on things that are going to eventually pop up but I’m sure if it’s like everything so far it will be great . We love our house and the neighborhood. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Lennar too. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 on quality of workmanship and materials is that there have been a few issues that looked like they were simply careless mistakes by the crew who installed. Lennar is quick to fix the issues though so that makes it better.

My husband and I were pleased with the overall experience with Lennar. There was always someone available to help with an concerns or issues that came up. We would definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family.

The sales people were awesome. The loan process could have been less stressful. They wanted the same info sent to them multiple times. Taylor the sales consultant was fabulous and very helpful. The title reps were awesome and my Broker Rachel was fantastic. We have had a few issues after we moved in and Wendy has been awesome. She has went out of her way several times and has always been there when we needed help. When we moved in the house could have been a lot more cleaner. The floors have markings on them from the installation that will not come out and they are not shiny as you would think they should be. ... More

Excellent buying process. Quality of workmanship in the home construction mediocre. Low end flooring, cabinets, etc. But perhaps fits the price range of house. Very good follow up on service issues.

There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

Overall, the buying process was smooth and satisfactory. Unfortunately, the quality of some materials leaves much to be desired. The cupboards feel subpar, and the drywall is quite thin and fragile, with paint chipping from even minor scratches. The value for the price is just okay, given the quality of materials used. Responsiveness to issues has been lacking. There has been minimal follow-up on concerns raised, and no clear proof has been provided regarding the resolution of third-party inspection findings. The builder and team seem trustworthy and professional in their dealings.

So our experience was just fast. We had looked the year before, and had liked the Monroe. I came home from our house in Florida to get our house in ZIONSVILLE ready to list. A week later a buyer showed up at our door and wanted to buy the house, within a week we were under contract. My wife was still in Florida and I had to pick a house without her. Melinda and my Realtor were fantastic in helping. Thank goodness for FaceTime, I was able too walk through the house showing her everything. With in that day we purchased the house. Great experience along the way with Lennar,my only complaint is now that I am living there the HOA isn’t responding to any of my requests to finish out the house and put up and fence

They do respond to issues in a timely manner
