After the sale service is poor to say the least.

Great and nice people to interact to as professionals

We like the new condo and are glad we purchased it. John was a great salesman as a quality control rep, but he promised some things that just did not happen. Overall Lennar people have been great when we were talking to them. There are several concerns we noted in the original walk through that were not completed and similar concerns on a follow up work order. We placed an emergency call because we were having power outages and while it turned out to be a Duke Energy problem. We were not satisfied with the emergency contacts that were supposed to provide emergency services. The Lennar emergency contacts were great but the contractors that were supposed to be available to help had no off hour emergency contacts and we as well as the Lennar reps had nowhere to turn. We love our home. We feel like we were mislead and are extremely disappointed to find out after the fact when we wanted to have a fence installed that 24% of our property is an easement. Shaun never disclosed this to us and we are not surveyors and the plot plan was not given us at closing or explained to my wife and I or our realtor. It is crazy to think you need a 30 ft drainage easement in Indiana. I lose 15ft of my 16 ft lot on one side and 15ft in the back yard. Our neighbor also loses 15ft on the side of their house. I have spoken to a couple other couples moving in their homes and they were not told this fact either. Shame on you for not disclosing this. I think I deserve a credit on my purchase price! On top of that I have to pay for the watering and I have 24% of land I can’t use for fence or anything permanent. If the water gets that high in this easement we will all need a boat. I would like to survey the other people in this neighborhood who have installed fences if they were told in advance of this much land loss. My guess is they didn’t. ... More

Getting repairs done after move in was a bit of a struggle, after a higher up from Lennar stepped in, it was taken care of immediately. We love are home! Paula in sales office was great, always returned calls and answered all questions!!!

Actually purchasing the home was a great experience. Felt like we were always involved and updated. Home was built very quickly and generally we love the home. Our issues started immediately though and there have been many problems we have found over the first month. Some of the issues have been resolved and some we are still waiting for a response from Lennar on when these issues will be fixed. Being a brand new home and for the amount we spent on the home would expect a much higher quality of work and quality control process from the builders before they ever let us move into the home. Lennar has dealt with most of the issues its just a waiting game on when they will show up and get things resolved. Happy with home but people constantly at the house to fix issues is not a great look. ... More

Everything went wonderful until walk thru many issues needed addressed. Went the following week for New Home celebration and nothing was fixed but a few items. Was told everything will be addressed immediately, I’ve lived here for almost 2 months and only one item was fixed. Men show up and have the wrong tools or the wrong house and can’t fox my item, very frustrating

Leslie, Kelly, and Jason are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Lennar team all together are prompt, friendly and on top of any warranty issues. Building material, however is average. A lot of flooring, drywall, HVAC, landscape, mesh WiFi, roof, etc.. issues. The list goes on. I foresee ALOT of fixing/redoing stuff myself once the warranty runs out. Almost seems like it all was in such a hurry to build that it wasn’t thoroughly built/cared for. Price of the house does not meet building/material expectations. Lennar do not use the best even middle of quality or workmanship and materials.

T.K. is awesome to work with in making home decision. Austin did a great job with getting me approved. Loved my loan processor. But the quality of home for 340K is not worth price you pay. Overall experience was okay. Like new home, but after being in home for some months. Realize quality of work is mid grade. Found a bunch of areas in home not fixed or unfinished work fixed. Grass layed down not good as I have nothing but crab weeds since moving to property. I should not have to put in so much work for bad saud layed down on property.

I just don’t feel that the house was built with the quality and the neighborhood. I feel that the sales person Wes not upfront as far as telling the homeowners about Lennar is rent investors buying rent properties in the neighborhood. just don’t look good for the property value for the homebuyers in the neighborhood. I have a HOA and you have renters in your neighborhood

We are very happy with Megan who made it all happen from beginning until the last process. Even after sales, she still communicated & catered to our needs. Lennar is very lucky to have an asset like her . A huge thank you to Megan!... TJ is also an asset to this team. He delivers! The not so nice experience is the closing part, when we were signing all the papers . We weren't sure if it's because of our payment type that's why we were not treated well, but the lady in charge there didn't make us feel important. She left us for another family who needed to take a mortgage. There was no happiness in that closing period. She made us feel NOT important. Keana her assistant is a nice person. The boss is NOT! ... We recently bought a house at Milford Park our New Home Consultant Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and was extremely accessible throughout the entire process. The Mortgage application and process with Lennar Mortgage and the communication with our Loan Officer Lance and Loan Processor Jennifer ws also a very smooth experience. We were informed at every step by Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage and LEnnar Title Agency and it was a very smooth experience overall. Our celebration walk was great and all issues identified during the new home celebration walk were addressed in a timely manner including the ones found during the independent inspection. I recommend Lennar Homes to anyone looking to purchase their dream home. ... More

I got to experience the building of the house. There are issues I experienced during my build. First issue would be the siding being installed as though they were shingles and not staggered like it should have been. Second would be the flooring being installed the same way! There was a stair step pattern. Flooring should've been sporadically staggered. Neither the siding nor the flooring was corrected. Third issue would've been kitchen countertop installed properly, but then a few days later was cracked. Andy resolved that issue and had the countertop replaced. Fourth issue would've been kitchen cabinet gouged while being installed. Andy also resolved that problem as well. Replacing the cabinet entirely. Fifth issue was watching the trim guy beat trim so hard over doorway cracking it and leaving it. Then painters come behind him and try to cover it up with filler and painting over it. And Andy also resolved that by having the entire trim over the door replaced. Sixth issue would be someone gouged the flooring in the bathroom. Issue was corrected. The seventh issue would have been pipe going to the furnace that was in line of walking directly into as you going through the doorway. Issue was resolved pipe was turned away. I also walked through several other homes being built, and the issue was in those homes as well. The worst part of the experience would have been the painters. I'm not sure which is worse the trim guy or the painters. There are runs all throughout the trim in the house. Overall, if it had not been for Andy and Brent these contractors just do whatever they want and leave it. 90% if not more are non-speaking English. I downsized from Dave Sego quality built custom home to Lennar. This was very painful to watch throughout. I would say these are nice starter homes for young couples. But if you are wanting quality, I would say do your homework first. We only met the construction manager after we closed, and did a brief walk around, I believe that he did address the issues our individual inspector noted during the build process. Dominique Peck, Sales Consultant, was excellent. She was always very responsive to our many questions. Jackie Dearmond, Concierge, was quite responsive to our questions and in providing necessary information needed all the way to our closing date.

Some things they are great a few other things they need to work on like the day we closed escrow the person that did the walk through NEVER called us back even after we Text him twice but other people like Ryan in the sales office is the BEST.

I have been pleased with my Lennar home, with minor exceptions—the Refrigerator was an unfortunate choice which I tried unsuccessfully to exchange for what I wanted. I did buy a new one for $1200. The toilet paper holders were practically unusable. I replaced those for less than $100 including labor. The experience with the Mortgage company was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Overall it was a really good experience!

Too many emails. Shortcuts taken on…wiring, fans, lighting, trim/drywall. Response to our concerns had been positive. Not enough heating/ ac vents around the house…cold spots and hot spots. All personal we’ve felt with have been very helpful, sympathetic, and friendly.

Very fast to respond to any issues that arise which is a breath of fresh air

It is 1st time to buy from LENNAR, very good experience. Look forward for the future opportunities
