To automated---what is wrong with simply talking to your customer. Sales agents have attitude that they know ALL....they need education as to what is really going on with the construction instead of saying/telling customer things that are UNtrue

The process of purchasing the home with Lennar was great, it was quick and easy especially since it’s a brand new home. Once moved in, everything also ran smoothly ( only ran into two problems, AC and toilet) so far. The team were very responsive to the issues and fixed it right away. The quality of workmanship however was hoping a better quality ( not too bad but wish it’s better, expecting more). Be aware of the walk through and issue. Make sure to resolved before closing ( I missed a few things that didn’t realized till it all done. Overall, I still think Lennar is a good ...

Buying was easy with our realtor involved. Our Lennar Rep was great. Once we signed and purchased the home the Lennar Rep stopped responding to messages. Also, a service we submitted over a month ago has still not been completed, even though the ticket was closed. You can see how that might shake our trust. Our home is beautiful and so far, minimal build issues.

I believe some of the basic reviews were missed by review team. Even after identifying several issues during the walkthrough, some of them had not been fixed appropriate. Otherwise, entire sales process was fantastic.

Employees of Lennar have been great to work with. Lennar's opportunity is to use some better quality when it comes to door and trimming out the home. Need more attention given to detail.

The employees are great. Kind and helpful. Debra made the purchase experience easy and Josh was very attentive regarding quality issues. Unfortunately, the subs and contractors are NOT GOOD. Our electric was poorly done and the quality of the garage door is unspeakable. We have had cascades of water pouring down the inside and the vendor says it’s NOT covered. Additionally, if we caulk the windows it voids whatever warrantee there it! Very disappointed.

Sales process was great, then color choices, tile, brick etc. became an issue. Forced to revert to other choices. Still trying to get little quality issues resolved in the warranty process. Slow to respond, some final inspection items still need to be corrected 2 months after closing. Not being negative, I just expect quicker, better service.

Location of home and floor plan well liked and met our needs. Quality and workmanship was disappointing and expected better. The people at Lennar were responsive and worked to address a few issues encountered and made things right. We had higher standards than the contractors used for some of the work performed, but do understand supply and resource shortages played a major role into some of the problems. All builders are experiencing this problem. Overall, we like the home and satisfied with resolutions.

Had a lot of homes constructed at one time which lead to a few issues still unresolved. Like the home, but follow up on unresolved issues and communication could be better. Multiple no shows on warranty items in less than a month in the home.

The homes are beautiful and look great. There are some things that could use improvement. The loan process was very tedious, was nowhere near this much issues with my first home. A lot of confirming useless info that was already provided and needed resubmitted which tells me they were too lazy to look for the documents. The home inspection was great, we pointed out the flaws and we got them fixed, my issue was sod was delayed which was understandable, but if we were the first home to move in without sod, I imagined we should be the first to receive sod, not other houses that came after ours. ...

Overall, this has been a good experience. Now that we are in our home we are finding some issues of mediocre workmanship. A couple issues have been resolved but we still have a major issue that is still pending. Lennar has addressed the issues but the contractor has not followed through. I would probably NOT purchase another spec home since no changes can be made to the options in the home. It was a matter of needing a home as quick as possible.

We have really struggled with the responsiveness of Lennar to repair items. The virtual assistant is a nice concept, but many of the repairs even six weeks later still have not been complete. This has dulled our overall desire to represent the company in a superior light. There are individual workers who are committed to their job, but many of the subcontractors are often late or they do not show for schedule appointments.

Well designed floor plans. Keeps buyer well informed on progress. Initially very responsive to issues, but drifts to mediocre after six weeks. Work force appears to have incentives to build quickly, not well. Do-overs typically done by different entities so no one accountable. Cheapest grade HVAC, water heater, and appliances.

Enjoying the new home overall. Sales Represntatives was accessible for questions. We did have have to battle Lennar to provide items/ detail work that were in the purchase agreement. Be prepared for “that’s within tolerance” when doing your walkthrough when there is clearly an issue.

Our experience with Lennar has been mostly positive. From the start we liked our salesperson, who was helpful, honest and explained the process along the way and made us feel very comfortable. Then we started working with Lennar Mortgage, and had a very bad experience.. The building process went smoothly and we were very pleased with the home initially, and for the most part we still are. A builder once told us "There are a lot of parts in a house" and we know everything isn't going to work as it should, and warranty issues are going to need to be corrected. They have a good system in place to address concerns if you have them after moving in. However, it would have been nice to have a very clearly defined sheet on what is covered under warranty and until when and what is not. Also, what the HOA is responsible for and what Lennar is responsible for. We are in a position now of considering getting a water softener. We have had dry skin and film on our shower door after only a handful of showers. It might have been nice if someone explained to us that the water in Westfield is not great and is very hard. This is an expense that we were not banking ...
