We have loved our Lennar home. The purchase process was smooth and easy. The home met our all our expectations and five months later we are still so pleased with our choice!

They were great when we had an issue in the kitchen!

Problems with the home after move in affect the ratings. Customer service unable to correct problems.

During the building process, Lennar sales worked with us in a complex situation where we needed to sell our home in order to purchase the new one. In that regard, they were great. However, the walkthroughs were a joke as we had two individuals who did not know our specific home and could not answer questions about our specific build, just Lennar homes in general. Additionally, during the walkthrough the day of closing, we noticed additional items that we wanted taken care of and the individual conducting the walkthrough (the builder manager) was unwilling to fix anything that we identified, just to verify that other things were taken care of (i.e. workers had messed something else up like the grout and cabinets when trying to fix something else). Additionally, there was a lot of garbage in the yard from the building process in the neighborhood, and Lennar said they would send someone out, however, no one ever came and we had to clean it up. While we are happy with the home itself, outside of a few relatively minor warranty repairs, the empty promises made during the walkthrough had a lasting impression on us and I would definitely look at other builders. Additionally, at closing, the closing manager (associated with Lennar) was rude and treated us like he didn't have time for us. Quality of work and materials are poor, having issues with drafts coming thru outlets and told we just have to deal with it.

We bought a 2700 square foot one story home in October of 2019. It has been a dream so far. Everything is so much easier. Bedroom is huge. My only complaint is they included the appliances. It maybe what some want, but it wasn’t us. We replaced the dishwasher and the fridge with what we wanted stove and microwave were nice. Front yard was sodded which was also nice. The community layout with 90% of homes on a pond was also a huge plus. I came from hardwood floors to laminate floors which I was not a fan of, but I have changed my mind. We have three dogs and the flooring the installed is much more pet friendly. ... More

This is a nice home - there were some “ glitches in home . The service / tech guy seems somewhat distance in fixing or repairing things around house . He showed little or no enthusiasm when he’s over our house . I believe there should be choices who we can pick to come out fix / repair homes - not just this fellow .

False advertising about when amenities would be complete (that was a huge selling point for my family), their financing dept. (Eagle Home Mortgage) was horrible, horrible job on my kitchen back splash (it looks like I did it) and they pretty much keep you out of the loop on any changes (like us not having our pool, playground, etc until next year). They actually told a perspective buyer (that I referred) not to tell me about the amenities not going in! Luckily she told me and I called afterwards, total surprise to me. The people are nice to keep you “happy” but my overall experience was disheartening for my first time building. Never again. ... More

Trust worthy and good experience.

Our House title was to be titled to our Trust. The information was given to the Lennar Salesperson. We learned after our closing, that our house deed was not titled to our Trust. We were told that the Salesperson left his position, abruptly, and left unfinished business. This caused considerable inconvenience and expense on our part.

We payed for a premium lot size and found out after closing when we went install a fence that we are missing 10 ft of side yard. After doing some research, this is a common complaint for Lennar and there is nothing you can do about it except make sure you have the land surveyed prior to the start of your build.

On the whole we love the house. Bedroom walls do not stop sound as much as they should between rooms and the bathroom.

Love the timeliness and quality of home. Also, love the ease of purchase.

Had a prior Lennar home, felt would be similar in good built quality , not impressed , have had issues with cabinets, cracks , poor built quality and over all fair !

Builder was quick to address my issues that arose during construction. Any post closing issues were quickly addressed by Teresa.

We love our new home. It’s gorgeous and spacious just the way we had imagined. Everyone that we have contacted regarding our home concerns or questions were really nice and quickly responded to our needs. I would highly recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. The homes are beautiful and gorgeous. They have a great team who will always go that extra mile to help you.

Fixtures, wall plates, garage doors, doors in general seem to be very cheaply made. A little surprised at that.

We moved in 5 months ago and have been impressed with the Lennar team. They build quality homes and respond to your needs in a prompt manner.

We recently purchased a home with Lennar. We first were not sure about the builder because they were new to the area. Once we did some research and compared to other builders we chose Lennar. We are happy we did! The staff was great to work with and we feel we got a Quality built home in our price range that is built to last! Included options with quality products makes the new home purchase easy! Don’t waste hours and money going through unlimited options offered by other builders that ultimately push you over your budget just to get the basics, just choose Lennar!

The value of Lennar is great. We have had a few issues which have been resolved quickly. The sales team is great. Viet was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the process of our build w pics.

I love the floor plan, lot size and value I received for my money.

Shortly after our youngest graduated, we were already building our new ranch+full basement just two miles away. I cannot say enough good things about The Lennar sales and construction teams. They were accessible, responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. We really love the house and how well the design fits our lifestyle.

We love the design and style of the house. The layout is great for our family. However, there are a number of quality issues with the completed workmanship. The interior paint has a good amount of flaws, caulking is failing after only a few months, pieces of trim are separating from each other, the drywall finish is not great. I've been in construction for 5 years, so I understand the home is settling and creating some of these issues. That being said, it seems some items, like the paint and drywall, do not have a very professional finish to them.
