I’m so disappointed with the workmanship and quality of materials used to build my home. There are so many obvious mistakes that were made and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The quality of the flooring, cabinets and countertops are horrible which will need to be replaced in a couple years. I would recommend a tape measure and level to be added to their toolbox.

I needed a fast close and Lennar helped me meet my very tight timeline with ease. The quality, price, and terms of my home purchase are excellent

Buying a new house was a smooth and exciting process! From securing financing to finding the perfect home, everything went well. The inspection and closing were straightforward, and now I’m enjoying my new space. Highly recommend being prepared and working with great professionals!

Good morning, we purchased a home at Geist Manon, our sales associate Heather was friendly and helpful in the beginning but once we signed the deal her total demeanor changed regarding her follow up as she also failed to reply to emails. We felt by sales and contractors as we were just a number and when you send the money we spend on a new home it should be a great experience. We also still have things yet to be fixed from our initial walk through drywall issues, painting touch ups,house cleaning the floors were dusty (drywall dust), outside was a mess due to winter conditions and no one has reached out to follow up. Having different entities of Lennar integrated like Sales, Mortgage and Titles ensures smooth flow of information for smoother transaction. Lennar homes buying has created a very positive experience from purchase decision to closing. The NHO team including Gurwinder ensured total quality to reduce issues at later phases. Post closure Issue resolution team is super responsive and helps fix issues ASAP. Overall, very positive experience for homebuyers.

I have been pleased with my Lennar home, with minor exceptions—the Refrigerator was an unfortunate choice which I tried unsuccessfully to exchange for what I wanted. I did buy a new one for $1200. The toilet paper holders were practically unusable. I replaced those for less than $100 including labor. The experience with the Mortgage company was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The house was done on time and the transition through inspection and closing was smooth. Clean up around the house was terrible as trash and building materials were left laying around the house. The back patio was covered in nails and other debris that was just left. The people we worked with were great, but could have put more focus on giving us a clean and pet/family friendly yard.

Overall it was a really good experience!

Too many emails. Shortcuts taken on…wiring, fans, lighting, trim/drywall. Response to our concerns had been positive. Not enough heating/ ac vents around the house…cold spots and hot spots. All personal we’ve felt with have been very helpful, sympathetic, and friendly.

I've been lied to continuously throughout the entire process and it's utterly disappointing that a company this large is this dysfunctional and dishonest.

We love our new home. We downsized and selected a convenient ranch home. My favorite features are the fireplace and the flex room. The flex room is now our library. Lennar helped make our purchase easy and flawless. We closed quickly and without incident. Wonderful people work for Lennar and really do care about their customers. 5 stars!

We did our walk thru a week before we closed and we came back 3 times in that week and nothing had been done in our walk thru so the day before closing we went to the office and our girl got on the phone and called our project manager and got them to start working on all the things that were wrong. But the morning of the closing we came back and several things were wrong and I feel like we were dismissed on all of them and then you are stuck because you have to go to your closing. We have already had to have the mother board replace in our heating system and we haven’t even lived here a month. But it took 4 visits to get done. Still several things need to be done but just trying to get settled before they fix the things that should have been done before we closed ... More

Best home ever. I fell blessed.

Everyone in the process was really friendly. The home is perfect and very efficient. It seems soundproof cause I really don’t hear a lot outside the home with the construction. Perfect for the price I paid.

Very fast to respond to any issues that arise which is a breath of fresh air

Sales team is great. Project management team are nice people but allowed poor craftsmanship from some of the subcontractors. Several framing issues, including multiple small and large holes in the sheathing, sheathing that was not flush, missing king studs, bowed wall studs, etc. Trim carpentry is poor, including horrible joints in baseboards and crown molding, door gaps that are uneven, interior doors that were cut down crooked, etc. The stackable washer/dryer in the Next Gen suite was not installed properly (i.e. discharge hose was not installed into drain leading to water discharge all over the floor). Crack in the garage floor opened up two days after it was poured (no wire mesh or fiberglass fibers are use in the concrete). Sill seal was not properly installed in the garage. Bathroom wall light fixtures were installed too low (caught during celebration walk) and had to be raised prior to closing. Drywall repair in second bathroom completed poorly after light fixture was raised. The greatest error, however, is the fact the HVAC team did not install the separate zoned system in the Next Gen suite that we paid for. This will be corrected (hopefully) at some time in the future when the weather warms but this creates an incredible inconvenience and the potential for other damage caused then the HVAC contractor corrects this problem. ... From start to finish the buying process with Lennar was simple and straightforward. Everyone was extremely responsive and the process went smoothly. Our home is beautiful and has a wonderful open floor plan. The two story great room is next level. We would definitely recommend Lennar to our friends and family.

We've had an ongoing HVAC issue that has yet to be resolved, we keep getting the standard corporate run around. If you can't engineer a product right don't advertise it as such!

It is 1st time to buy from LENNAR, very good experience. Look forward for the future opportunities

Lennar is a builder you can trust your home. As this is a major investment for anyone. Lennar always their for their customers through out the process

I have very bad experience with Lennar new house quality and workmanship. Before clossing and after there are few major leakage on Lennar new house due to bad workmanship. Also during leakage Noone response to fix the issue on time. Low guality of interior door and kitchen cabinets. Low quality of and bad workmanship of plumbing faucet and plumbing contractors.
