Everyone worked as a team. Warm handoffs to each department. Great service

Overall, better communication across all fronts could be much better.

We always felt Welcome since day 1. They answered all our questions and they offered us great deals that noone else offered to us.

For the most part, the workmanship was good but there were several areas where additional work was needed. The paint on the wall is very thin - takes little to scratch it and leave marks. Love the kitchen and layout of the home.

My overall experience with Lennar has been great. This is my second house purchase with this company and have a third in another year or so. Thanks Lennar!

Would have liked all my inspectors findings addressed.

Could not get them to fix my garage floor... brand new garage with a crack on the floor and they would not fix it...

Come and correct defects when the new home buyer points them out to you.

Overall the experience was good. Sales team was helpful with information. There were times were I needed to move the process along. There were plenty of cut corners in the construction process but overall the place is livable and nice.

Lack of communication from Lennar, independent inspector had over 40 pages of problems, finish detail work sloppy, concerned 11 month warranty work will be a problem to get finished

The process is too complicated to upload documents on DocuSigns.

Team lacked communication, was incompetent, i will never buy another lennar home, in particular, I will never want to work with Katie, Lily, Hannah.

Your lending team are true Rockstars, the construction manager a very cool dude. Scott the new home consultant was the worst part of the experience, very unresponsive to questions and it was Mike our construction manager that told us about the things that ended up getting included and the update on the community pool.

Builders rep not completely accurate on a couple of home features..also, we have yet to receive an actual key to our front door

Davon was amazing! Attentive and very responsive going over and beyond for me as a buyer who was hundreds of miles away! He remained consistent even after the deal was done which made me know it was genuine. A few cosmetic changes I preferred and missing being able to hold a SOLD sign day of closing at the property was a disappointment. Looking forward to peaceful years of bliss in my home.

Happy as this is our first home. Overall quite pleased. Wish front yard landscaping was better

This is our 4th Lennar home and Lennar has put in lower quality appliances, faucets, toilets and fixtures. Not to mention no cabinets in the laundry room - ridiculous and disappointing

sales person took my deposit and never heard back from him i had to call him on issues that he failed to update me on

This is our First home purchase and it was extremely easy.
