From start to finish of closing on my home the process was straightforward. Simple I was walked through everything and explain everything very clearly I would recommend Lennar mortgage and home to others. I appreciate they have a homebuyer course for a new home owners who are working towards buying a home and don’t have perfect Credit. They have a program in place to help.

We were pleased with our homebuyers experience.

There were a couple of things on our walk through list that didnt get done. Also found that bottom 2 cabinets in kitchen did not have shelves put in place. I called about this the clips were delivered to me. But no installation. Turns out one shelf was warped and the peg holes didn’t line up. Plus there must not have been a walk through or whatever by workers. It wasn’t cleaned up. Found putty of something on floors. Completion was very subpar. And responsiveness to issues was horrible. Otherwise great place!

Having moved here from California and experienced the headache of selling, this buying experience was heavenly! Great service and quick responses.

Discovered a design flaw in the laundry. The pipes in laundry room kept freezing. Lennar rep cut a hole in the wall and installed a vent. Fixed the problem

We love our new home! The floor plan offers everything we were hoping for! We chose a lot with a better view than we ever expected and enjoy it more than we expected. Coming from CA , we were already very familiar with the Lennar product. We would have enjoyed a few more upgrades. The individual doors are rough around the edges, and even though I love the look of the flat paint, it does get dirty pretty easily. Make certain you keep track of the first 30 days repair list. We had a toilet stop up right at the beginning and had it stated by Lennar, but when we had a recurrence, they did not cover it. On the hole, we highly recommend this area and builder. ... More

The major issue is that you do not provide safety bars in the bathrooms. I am sure but thank this is in violation of Americans disability act.

Let me start by saying the on site employees of Lennar have been quite pleasant! They are the company’s saving grace. As far as the quality of the house, it is lacking. After having lived in our home for over two months now, I can confidently say the quality of the house does not match the price tag. Location was a key factor in moving forward with the purchase, but I am disappointed in the quality.

We love our new home! It fits all our needs.

Attention to detail was missed. Sharp unfinished edges in the master bath closet. Nail on one wasn’t properly nailed in. Rough edges. We see more work at some point, to do in the house.

I was not approved due to need of another payee. Then they would not return my money. They responded often to my emails but excuses were always given. Being a senior citizen, it is hard to get legal assistance. $1150.00 is a lifetime.

I would choose another company to deal with, sorry.

From start to finish it was great, we haven’t purchased a new house in about 28 years so it was all new to us again, and our realtor Nikki was so great to work for. Everyone that we worked with on purchasing our new home was great they made it so easy. Every time we had a question they were quick to get us an answer. Our overall experience was awesome the quality of our new home is very good. The few small issues we had with the house once had moved in were taken care of right away.
