Not going to lie here, I did have to work through a couple of issues with Lennar representatives but with a new home you're going to have some issues here and there and that's where having a good warranty and customer service comes in. With Lennar, I'm able to resolve all the post build issues that occur with a new home settling in a timely manner.

From sales agent to closing agent, all professional, knowledge, and pleasant to deal with. Construction manager was especially helpful

we have had multiple issues with our home, all of them have been addressed by Lennar. Some of the pain points were extremely shoddy work behind the sink in the powder room, the ring bell not being wired at all, missing light covers in the living room. The attention to detail is why a house is a luxury home. The worst part of this - in one and a half month - having to see a pile of garbage and dirt out of our window right on the main entrance to the homes. If you plan to call something luxury set the premise from the get go - the landscape should go in before the sale and it should be pristine. There is no reason for anyone to look at construction debris from our window and from the road. I have had conversations with people visiting and the state of the roads, landscape and the little details that make a house a luxury home are all we spoke about. The other issue is with the HoA - we paid for the amenities and had to wait for a month and half to even get fobs to the gym. Also there needs to be another one. Can’t have 750 homes and only one gym. It isn’t big enough to accommodate even half the families and it’s a townhouse community. Lastly the USPS - how and why in Gods name would you have a home with no address. This all should be sorted out pre construction - I can’t switch any of my addresses since USPS doesn’t recognize the address even on their own website. The people who work at Lennar are wonderful - shout out to Joanna, David and Peggy and to the people who are in service - Rick was awesome. Diana is amazing. She is very professional and always responds very quickly to any questions and requests.

Overall great experience, from sales person till closing process everything was flawless. Had some teething issues but Lennar team was able to fix those in time.

I enjoyed very much working with Mr. Ricky McNeely for a couple of repair issues that turned up in the first week. He is very punctual and great to work with.

Nice, smooth and courteous. The only downside is that I wish the closing would have taken place at the homesite or the keys/code could have been available at the closing location. Having to drive back to pick up these items was one trip to many for me.

Maintained a great working relationship with builder rep and customer care rep after the sale. Very pleased with the concern by both individuals for attention to detail and response to customer concerns.

The workmanship is great. The location and the proximity of the interstate road and highways were short distance. The amenities of the Beech Creek has to offer is excellent.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase - this was a much better experience than my previous home buying experience. The team is awesome and I like the virtual customer care center for resolving work orders based on my periodic inspections in the first year
