Overall, I am pleased with our new home, but as the months have passed everything cannot be blamed on a house settling. More attention or better materials need to be used on the steps. We have to repair the materials used to seal the sides of the steps. It almost looks like cracked caulking all the way up from level to level. I am not happy about that and it is an eye soar!

Roseanne was awesome so was Ken. Issues are with the two guys who field calls when their are issues Bert and the other guy can’t remember his name really don’t want to.

Hoping more incentives as the standard build to attract the buyers

I was happy with all aspects of the home buying process, except for the lennar title company. The title company made me feel like a number and that I as an individual didn’t matter to them.

Everything went well before closing. Services and updates were excellent! I expect the interior window frame inside the garage should be finished with caulking with the designer package for a premium lot. I was disappointed for that. Overall, I am happy with my townhouse that Lennar built.

Overall, I am satisfied with everything. The only thing I am a little disappointed about is the finishing work on the interior.

Richard our salesperson was phenomenal. Super informative and attentive to our needs. The new home delivery team was also great. As great as the Lennar team was, we did experience a couple of issues that we uncovered after move-in that are still outstanding. 1. Stove never worked. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent someone out that had to replace a fan motor. It's been over 2 weeks and the parts still have not arrived. 2. End cap on one of the banisters came off. Upon inspection I saw that it wasn't attached properly. Next time I purchase a new home, I'll be a lot more thorough in testing every function of every appliance. We love the view at our front windows of the morning sunrise just above Harris Teeter. We also love the green lights and purple lights at night for the tower at the entrance of the shopping center and the assisted-living facility. The large windows create a city loft living space feel, which has been surprisingly a real plus. The sales staff and construction staff were very helpful and making the deal come together when it was supposed to.

There were a few issues with the new residence. The team helped as much as possible. But sometimes it's a little tough to get ahold of them.

Beautiful Townhomes in lovely development

Everything Included is a great feature and the smart devices was an added bonus.
