I'm honored to have purchased this home. With an exceptional, Lennar team. I greatly appreciate the support of Aida during my entire home purchase process with Lennar. Aida helped me and provided guidance every step of the way, including the process of obtaining my VA benefits. Whenever I have concerns or need clarifications, Aida was very patient and would take the effort to promptly provide me with answers and explanations. When I questioned an amount that I wasn’t expecting in the closing documents, Aida respected my concerns and she worked with her team to look into it, and in the end, they were able to correct the error. Working with this company has been a very easy process and we are very happy with our new home. The workmanship, products, and style fits our needs and is just what we were in the market for.

There were so many great incentives that pushed us to buy this house and I’m glad we did. The quality of the house is great. The home buying experience was quick and seamless. We closed in 17 days after waiting 6 months for our home to be built with another competitor (completion kept being pushed out). All in all this was the best choice!

We had less than perfect credit 515 going into this and Lennar team was amazing guiding us through credit repair and all the hurdles that came up and there were many. In the 3 months it took for our home to be completed we ended with scores at 700+, all debts paid off and keys to our first home. Even with unexpected job layoff and both of us starting new jobs 2 weeks before closing. They worked tirelessly to help us get through to closing. I’d recommend Lennar hands down to anyone. They took our dream and made it a reality !
