Throughout, the Lennar represnetatives, including the home consultant, construction manager, and mortgage officer, were very professional and personanle, eager to help and respond to my questions and requests.

I would say in my experience, loved everyone that we had contact with working for Lennar. They made it easy for us, answered all questions we needed answered. Communication was superb by Lennar.

Orlando has truly gone above and beyond in assisting us with our new Lennar home. Every time I reach out with a concern or question, he responds promptly, follows through, and makes sure things get done. From the beginning of the process with Damen the new home consultant, the experience with Lennar was excellent. Rodney the Loan Officer explained and delivered all necessary paperwork for our application approval. David our Quality Assurance guy was able to assist with our concerns prior to moving in. Once we moved in we noticed a couple of items of concerns and notified Ken the Customer Care Representative. Ken communicated with us immediately, stopped by to see the issue and contacted the appropriate person. He then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. This process exceeded our expectations!! The process was fast, we were thoroughly informed throughout the entire time! Everything promised was delivered! Every question or concern was addressed expeditiously and professionally! Each person we worked with aided in this being a seamless, exciting home buying journey! The Lennar team did not disappoint at all!!!

Great company and beautiful home

We were very happy with our buying process from start to finish! Everyone was extremely helpful during our walkthroughs and have been available for any issues we've had since we moved in. They even sent men out to check that I closed my garage door when I was running late for work and thought I had forgotten. We feel very taken care of by Lennar, and are very happy we went with them for our home instead of other builders in the area.

Closing team was responsive to questions and challenges. Settlement was long with more paperwork than expected. In spite of the volume, it went quickly. Could have been better had location been equipped with snacks and/or drinks. Maybe even something celebratory. Repairs and deficiencies are managed through a website - not sure how I feel about the presumption everyone wants to work on/with computers versus people.

The home-buying experience was a pleasurable one with Lennar. This is my 5th home I have purchased so I have seen the good and bad. This was one of the good ones! The only thing I will say that disappointed us was the new home welcome walkthrough we were told we would have. We set the date for it and arrived and it was a standard home inspection and not the celebration-style walkthrough we were told it would be. We even brought our family along to celebrate with us. Outside of that one event ,everything else was above standard.

Overall a very pleasant and modern experience.

I have been having electrical issues since I moved in with garbage disposal, alarm, microwave, and oven. Things turn off on their own. Definitely a strong concern since this is a new home.

Sale representatives was very helpful during the buying process. He was able to help navigate and resolve all issues that we encountered during the buying process.

The sales representative, Carl, was wonderful! He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had, and to assure me that I was getting exactly what I contracted for. I had an awful experience with another builder before I found Lennar, and Carl was very sensitive to my fears going forward with this home purchase. Oscar, the construction manager, was fantastic as well! He listened, answered my questions honestly, and gave me full confidence that things were going along smoothly and on schedule. Every step was explained in detail. Even after I moved into the house, Oscar was willing to answer more questions and take care of a few things that needed tending to. Great home buying experience

Straight forward purchase with no surprises. No big issues with construction quality so far after six weeks. Would have preferred to see incentives not tied or not fully tied to use of Lennar affiliate companies. Lennar customer service exceeded expectations.

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Lennar Homes are the most beautiful homes! I love my finishes and how spacious every area of my house is, plus it's a beautiful neighborhood. I will recommended home buying experience with Lennar.

The homebuying experience was very easy and effortless. Since moving, the Lennar team has been quick to respond to any issue we have or work order we put in.

While there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed after move-in (which is to be expected with a new build), Lennar has been extremely responsive and timely in fixing these issues. The customer service is fantastic, and Lennar has made it easy to contact them when needed.
