Love the home. We have run into a few small quality issues but Lennar customer care has been great and they have been responsive to address the issues we have encountered.

The workmanship is not the best, felt like the house was potentially rushed to build. Had a leak right away from the refrigerator, flooring had to be ripped up. Carpet not laid down properly. A drawer that does not self close. Showed to someone and nothing done. The door stopper did not align with the garage door so now we have a hole in the wall. When this stuff happens, it takes away from our work schedule and having to use time off to be there when they come in to repair it. The drywall is not smooth throughout the home. Thiago on the other hand is AMAZING to work with! He called me on a Sunday to address the water leak with our refrigerator. He didn’t need to, BUT he did!! My experience as first home buyer was great. All concerned parties were helpful and tools used to process the application from beginning to end was user friendly.

Good house, but responses to any questions or concerns is bad. The customer's satisfaction is not the primary objective, but rather it is the selling of the house. After the house is sold, the response to any questions is even more bad.

Home bugging and lot selections were all quick and easy to understand. We received brief updates and pictures on a weekly basis. Constructing prices was quicker than usual. Closing was easy. For anyone choosing to build, Please inspect carefully. Materials may not be the best of quality nor sturdy.

I chose Lennar because of their reputation and floorplan. I am however disappointed in some of the workmanship that is sloppy. Their customer service department is unapproachable except by email. There is no one who could answer a quick question or refer a client to documentation regarding an issue.

Our buying experience was pretty good. Timelines were met and the team kept us informed. We did not get to customize anything outside of their choices which was frustrating. Once we got into the house we had a water leak which flooded the kitchen the first time we used the dishwasher. We noticed several other issues which makes us seriously question the quality control. Instead of staining the wood trim ends we’ve found black sharpie markers covering a missed end. I can’t even fix it now! Electrical problems have also popped up and our breakers continue to pop when we just use a vacuum. Overall, we love the house and curb appeal but really struggling with many details inside. Lennar has beautiful homes and a state of the earth workmanship. New homes are equipped with energy efficient appliances and home finishing is a plus. Realtors and other teams are great. The team need to work more on closing day preparation and preparation homebuyers on penalties in advance. Otherwise Lennar homes are the best to invest and live in.

The loan process was easy and straight forward. We were informed on next steps. Loan officer always ready to answer our questions and nice. It was a great experience

I had a great experience purchasing my dream house from Lennar . One thing I would say, Lennar kept their word. There were no surprises at the end and that meant a lot to me. Lennar took my concerns seriously and acted quick to resolve all of them in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Lennar any time.

Very professional and responsive to buyers.

Make sure you get everything fixed before you buy and sign that dotted line. also, give it all a really good look and get your own professional to review your house. quality of certain materials like doors very cheap and can hear everything from room to room in through the wall, and every foot step in house.

I purchased a model home. I had a fast close (Lennar wanted closing on 8/31). When I moved in, I didn't have a driveway and my front landscape was a mess and unfinished. They needed to fix a drain on my curb which delayed the driveway to not be complete until the end of September and it is now the middle of October and I need sod in my front yard and finishing touches around the driveway. I have also had issues getting my Ring home security system set up- it was already installed for the model home, but still having difficulty with it. Had a great experience while buying home with Lennar. All the communication was very proactive and able to resolve all my queries very quickly and always helped me to understand more clearly

Overall we had a great experience with Lennar. We were kept informed of the progress being made throughout the build.

Entire process was quick and easy. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. House was ready when promised. Beautiful home love everything about it.

Melanie G and Jason C are outstanding. Combined they made our buying/building experience painless. I have had 4 other homes built and have never seen anything like this. (by a lot) They just take care of business with no excuses. We are very pleased. If I were Lennar I would pay them whatever they wanted. incredible team!

When it came to quality, it seems as though some things were cheap. Some of the cabinet doors close poorly, and I don’t have the same water pressure at all the faucets. If I walk barefoot through carpet, I can feel the carpet nail strips on my toes. We have had many frustrations with the “professional” installers from AC vents being broken to screens not fitting and also, the inspector not catching the fact that our drier vent wasn’t installed but somehow was up to code. BUT, although my frustrations with this occurred, I could not verbally explain how great DAVE (builder) was, he went above and beyond to hear us and respond quickly with EVERY NEED. Angie in Carver helped me and she was the best sales rep I had come across—I met 2 others. She was empathetic, was interested in my business and just an all around joy to work with. She is 90% the reason why I purchased the home.

Miller Brothers and BNR both do half-crocked work. Miller Brothers break fiber optic cables and home owners are left to get the problem fixed. . They don’t care what they break and Lennar doesn’t help with getting the cable repaired. BNR puts sprinkler heads in our yard that belong to our neighbors and also puts the heads right on the property line. Told the construction manager we were putting up a fence on the property line so they knew not to put the sprinkler heads on the property line, but did it anyway. Construction managers are unresponsive to community members complaints. Overall, the landscaping has been a cruddy experience. Told in June the landscaping was going to start, didn’t go in until August. Perhaps Lennar need to rethink who they contract out for grading yards as well as the irrigation systems. Very incompetent people. North Metro was the best, but they, too, added sod where we had it flagged off. Lennar needs to do better. Seems that once Lennar has their money, they don’t care about the home owners. I would rate the construction managers, Miller Brothers and BNR a 1 for very poor communication and workmanship. ... Don’t use Lennar, ton of problems and anytime you raise an issue you’re gas lighted by a dude saying it isn’t an issue

The cosmetic issues were half fixed prior to closing. After living in the house you see so many more things that need to be fixed. When putting in a work order I was told to wait for the 11 month review. I am not convienced that things will be taken care of timely.
