Lennar has been telling dates that they themselves know they can't achieve. They have been changing dates after signing the purchase agreement. This is a malpractice. They still don't have nay control on their supply chain or vendors. They have been cutting corners on quality.

Get ready for delay and frustration. Priority is given to inventory homes.

It was exciting watching our house be built.

Cheap materials & very low quality of workmanship!

Once the papers were signed, Lennar became difficult to get ahold of with issues.

Very poor workmanship, we felt some of the contractors did not take pride in their work (ceiling with flat spots, tape joints visible, paint on carpet, crooked walls, door trim that doesn't align, all trim nail holes are very visible, crooked fireplace stones, and more. There are multiple issues that need to be fixed, replaced or redone. Also poor communication between sales team and us, were told different closing date and pushed out two months.

The layout of the home is very nice as is the exterior, However, some materials used on the interior are very cheap. The carpet is very thin and padding is lumpy. There were lots of paint touch ups needed, which Lennar has been very responsive to correct. We discover new cracks or nail pops every now and then, which we know will be repaired by Lennar, but it's still disheartening. Gutters were not included, which caused serious icing issues during winter.

Quality is cheap and house is price too high. Everything is definitely minimum standard only.

Overall, we are happy with our new home purchase, but we found many of Lennar's people operate with a lack of professionalism. They are not particularly responsive, they are often rude, and they do not hold a particularly high bar for quality.

The exterior siding and trims are not good quality as well as the cabinets and doors are cheap and low quality.

We had a great building process, but we have found so many issues since move in and lennar just keeps pushing us off and not finding fixes.

I have reached out for assistance 3 times now and it has been over a month, with NO response from our Lennar Representative.

Countless problems with everything from landscaping, driveway, fireplace, interior doors, door handles, very cheap patio door and windows, insects, cost cutting changes that were unacceptable, home not clean on move-in day, etc. The problems are endless and the list is too long. Very frustrating. Purchasing this home has turned out to be an expensive mistake. The homes are not ready to be lived in and are being built extremely quickly. Once you close, the customer service is terrible.

The purchasing experience of my townhouse was fine. The quality of my townhouse is not good. Very sketchy. I have submitted SO many tickets for service to correct issues that it’s becoming a weekly habit and a part time job. This is not what I signed up for. I’ve become the general contractor to repair so many things that it totally diminishes the quality of product Lennar sells. My realtor warned me about Lennar and I should have listened. Now here I sit with a defective house that needs so much work and the smallest thing, like mowing the lawn doesn’t even get done! I’m disgusted and wish I would not have purchased a Lennar home! ... Quality issues with almost everything. No transparency from the construction manager and overall no good communication. Lennar’s standard is much lower than it should be and even though the work is done it is not quality. Anywhere they can they are trying to cut corners to save money and try and just do “good enough” work. Even though their work is clearly sub-par. Yes our house is completed and yes we are happy in our home but Lennar’s quality control is lacking, their honesty and transparency is sub-par at best.

Pay the extra 50-100k for better workmanship, materials, and construction management with a different builder. Everywhere we look my wife, myself, and guest see examples of poor craftmanship. I don't know who was overseeing the quality of this build but they need training. The standard was set low. I have and will continue to share this sentiment with anyone who asks about the home

Not worth your time. They to get everything done. A lot of dings on all the doors, cabinets and cabinets doors. The material that they use is really cheap. They take t there time to come by the fix there mistake. Overall it has been not good experience for my wife and I.

Quality is not good for the price that we gave

The disparity of supply and installation in homes in the same community is high, the prize was ever increasing though

The people were nice enough… but had many issues with quality of the work performed. Many challenges trying to get the issues fixed/resolved. Installed faulty wiring so my internet has. It worked properly since I moved in and I work from home to imperative it be working properly. No help from Lennar… they put it off on other and tell me I need to contact warranty to fix… dishwasher, washer machine, Wifi all not working. Took a very long time for some resolution. Been in house almost 3 months and believe internet was worked on/off for a total of 2 weeks.

Need more quality material and proper finishing. Lots of gaps in back yard fencing where manager trying his best to resolve. But should taken care initially itself. 1. Window are not sound proof at least there are should stop small sound from out side. 2. Wood finishing is very cheap and work is not upto mark. 3. No proper updates on plans and schedule on pending work to be completed. 4. Lennar should have provided small change options in interior which make more difference from customer point of view. 5 . This is my third new home built. This is by far the worst one. The walls are very uneven the painters are of poor quality. Several things need to be fixed. Not sure if I would recommend lennar

It was a good process.
