The Sales and the Mortgage agents kept good communication through out the Process. Paperwork was mostly on the Computer, including closing. No issues at all. The house itself is really good quality and perfect design for my family of four. Really love my new Home

Be prepared for worst case scenario and having to go make repetitive inquiries on progress of your home and repairs. READ the fine print as everything comes back to what is best for Lennar not the customer.

Planting dead or dying trees on new builds. I used virtual assistance fir mine and when I said my neighbors trees were dead and other trees they were planting looked dead or dying the person who helped me said she’s only dealing with my issues nor my neighbors or surrounding area’s trees. This is sad because it affects the overall appearance of the community. Maybe the neighbors are not computer literate enough to know how to submit their concerns.

Lennar is awful to work with. They blatantly ignore their own contract language. You need to stay on them for every single issue or they will ignore you and do terrible work.

We love our neighborhood and our home overall is great. The signing of our contract was great but we have very little follow up after that. The only updates that we received were after we had to ask for. Now that we have moved in, we cannot get help with any outstanding issues. Very frustrating. I would say that this had solely to do with our sales consultant and not Lennar as a whole.

The everything included tagline is a bit misleading. Everything included to me means everything is included like washing machine, clothes dryer, window coverings, water softeners, deck or patio. Things are included and I’ll have a significant price tag. Sounds like in other states Lennar EI includes all of these things. Why not in Minnesota?

Fantastic buying experience. The challenge we have is with the level of building outweighing issues after build, supply and demand. The responsiveness and the level of care from the Construction Manager and directives given are a problem. The communication given by the customer care team is beyond unacceptable. The home owner shouldn't have to follow up on every issues and get time lines or keep them in line with job time lines. I hope they fix them. We love our home and its a beautiful area but after you have paid and moved in others who haven't moved in are put as priority when you have warranty item issues. They need to fix this! ... More

Employees or subs contractors could care less if the quality of there work. Framers we’re great though. I had pee bottles around the house from employees, valves were crooked, there is giant cracks in the ceiling, a can light fixture fell down when we had a family get together and one employee left the door open to the home when it was -10 degrees out side. I would never build with this company again. Very frustrating!

Quality and Custom are words that come to mind with Lennar. The overall experience has been good and we were able to close on time without any issues.

I wish the sales associate would have spent more time going over all options. There are things that looking back I would have done a few more options. Also the quality of workmanship on the house is subpar at best. I worked in the construction field for close to 20 years and would never have left a finished project look the way it did. You may want to take a look at the subcontractors you use and their quality control. If I could redo this whole buying process I probably wouldn't have used Lennar. Once the papers were signed, Lennar became difficult to get ahold of with issues.

The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!

Great experience with loan officer

Very poor workmanship, we felt some of the contractors did not take pride in their work (ceiling with flat spots, tape joints visible, paint on carpet, crooked walls, door trim that doesn't align, all trim nail holes are very visible, crooked fireplace stones, and more. There are multiple issues that need to be fixed, replaced or redone. Also poor communication between sales team and us, were told different closing date and pushed out two months.

Met or exceeded our expectations

The quality of materials is compromised. Water heater consumes more energy. Electrician said to me, he wonders why they used this water heater.

Great experience, Mitch answered all our questions and was very good to work with.

so far we have Replaced carpet in Master bedroom seam open at sections Two visits they ordered the wrong carpet color the first visit for repairs Close off 1 to 2 inch opening on all steps on the lower stair case and re-carpet Need to fix Soffit vent on South side of house When deck was installed outer facing of exhaust smashed not able to replace without removing deck Replace all drain plugs in sinks which were discolored from chemicals Replace all toilet seats because of scratches caused by using toilet seat as a work bench Garage floor uneven will have to cut in 2 feet and the full width to level out so garage door will close and seal properly. all of this not to mention Tile cleaning alignment of tiles on walk in shower and white residue on floor in kitchen and living room areas... ... Builder charge you more than others for the same kind of house in the neighborhood. Amenities like gym, swimming pool etc are missing. You have to tak permission even to plant trees/flowers. Water sprinkler missing. Blinds missing. Kitchen drawer bar missing. Patio mosquito net missing. Washer and dryer missing.

My experience with Lennar was positive from the get-go. They were so helpful and I felt confident that I could trust them to be honest and fair. They explained everything and my meetings with the builder were exceptional and always on time!
