Tucker is a great guy to buy through and Steve is fantastic to work with after the buy. Overall I am very happy with the entire process. We even used their financing and home insurance.

We felt the communication between the different departments was poor.

3rd lennar purchase first two homes very happy. This last purchase not pleased from start to finish. Poor rushed construction. Issues with plumbing appliances and already lost 15k in price drop after signing. Seems they just want to sell fast and dont care about issues. Im already recommending others not to purchase lennar. Quality has gone down from the building to the sales and construction folks.

We had an excellent homebuying experience with Lennar at ***** in Lehigh Acres, Florida. We are very pleased with the quality, design, and materials of our new home and appreciate the attention to detail. We felt confident in our decision to purchase with Lennar and appreciated the communication, information, and assistance provided throughout the process. We are excited about our new home and look forward to making wonderful memories as we begin this new chapter in our lives.

All the people involved with the process are highly knowledgeable and and guided me with kids gloves.

From start to finish and even after close, the experience has been great. Daniel *****, Steven ***** and Wayne our construction manager, were all great. We loved the Lennar Tracker app and how everything was digital and at the tip of your fingers.

Nate was exceptional. His follow up/through was appropriately persistent, highly professional and always helpful. Look forward to spending time there this *****! The quality knock was there were some issues that were not fixed after the first inspection which required me to buy a second inspection. Eventually they were taken care of with one in the balance that may have been fixed.

Both buying the house and once I moved in, everyone at Lennar is so helpful. Any issue is taken care of immediately. Quality of the house is average, as far as hardware, carpeting (poor), bright white paint (I've already changed that), garage unfinished. Appreciate backyard was landscaped (and front yard—we are told don't touch/change anything). Clubhouse, pool, open areas (lots of green space) are beautiful. Love the walking trails, paved even. For the price it was a great buy to be living in this beautiful community.

I love my new home! The home layout is fantastic. The sales team and Lennar Mortgage rep were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The home itself has a few flaws. Nothing major, but definitely look closely at your inspection. I missed a bunch of things, like an area where the trim doesn't meet the floor, or hammer marks on the wall, but no major flaws. This neighborhood is beautiful and the people here are so friendly!

Everyone took the time to make sure I understood what was being explain to me.

We have built a ***** before with the contractor listening to us and providing options. There were minimal options with Lennar. Also I had to search home decor stores for samples of the flooring, countertops, stone, etc. Lennar only provided thumbprint pics via email. The employees I had contact with were great but couldn't do much but follow Lennar rules.

More follow-up after purchase. Didn't receive key to mailbox or mailbox info at all (that started a 2 month journey with ***** that still isn't resolved) or any info really about the neighborhood.

The entire process was "all about Lennar" - a steamroller, so to speak, every step of the way. Since we've bought several houses previously, we could handle it but it's not something we would recommend to other buyers, especially for a primary residence. Obvious cost management and keeping new owners in the dark as to lack of internet outlets and poor locations of the ones provided (Lennar cutting costs); with the block walls, this makes running new ones a huge challenge. Bathroom vanities are big but lack lower drawers; kitchen cabinets only have a single pullout drawer, limiting storage (again, citing costs at expense of livability of the home). The walk through as not helpful, no useful information on the HVAC was left behind. That said, the selling agent (*****) was excellent and, from his side of the process, made it as good as it could be. We would work with him again, 100%. ... More

I feel the builder contacts were doing their best even though they were short staffed/on vacation. They were great with communication & connecting with me at home. I do think they could improve the quality of their contractors (manager for our yard repair - his team was great). The manager/boss was short, aggressive & openly talking ***** about Lennar's quality of home in addition to suggesting the worst possible solution to our problem. He suggested he was doing us a favor many times even though this was something Lennar agreed to fix at closing. His team came out & agreed with our suggestion of just removing our gate to access the yard was find even though the manager 3 times said he would have to cut across either neighbors yards to access ours. The manger never measured the access gate or knew what equipment he had access too. I think it might have been a him problem but pretty unprofessional & icky none the less. ... More

Working with Lennar Financial has been an absolute nightmare. Even after closing on my home over 45 days ago, I am still dealing with Diane and the underwriting team, responding to what feel like unnecessary and excessive questions. I have already made my first mortgage payment, yet Lennar's financial team continues to contact me and demand additional responses well after closing. This is completely unacceptable. Once a home has closed and the mortgage is in place, having to continue dealing with these issues weeks later is an unnecessary burden and a complete waste of my time. Lennar should be ashamed of how this process is handled. The lack of closure, continued requests, and ongoing back-and-forth well after closing reflect poorly on the company and its financing operation. I closed on my home over a month ago. I should not still be dealing with this. Lennar needs to take accountability for its financing process and do better for its customers. ... More

Poor quality material, terrible management communication!! Lennar is making me pay Lennar's water bill even though it's on Lennar's account!!

Lennar provided such a smooth process for a 1st homebuyer.

The Staff was very kind and help navigate through the process

There were a few minor issues with quality work done by subcontractors, but that is expected on a large project like a house build.

Very happy with our new home. A couple of small issues were addressed quickly. Overall a very positive experience.

Good build, but some of the detail work needs more attention. Include better appliances.
